You will have full private access to the entire property. This is a rambler home with two steps to the entry and two steps for the back room entertainment area. There are steps to the sport court but also a flat gravel path to the sport court and beach area.
Your safety and security is my top priority. Each guests is issued a unique door code that is activated upon check in and deactivated at your checkout time.

We comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with three private bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the dedicated home office and detached guest cottage. 2 king beds and 3 queen beds all with luxurious linens.

The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, spices, and modern appliances—ideal for preparing family meals or hosting friends.

Step outside to enjoy your own 100-foot low-bank private beach. Guests can explore Puget Sound using four provided kayaks (two tandem, two single), paddles, and life jackets. The sports court is stocked for pickleball, shuffleboard, and more. After a day outdoors, relax around the firepit or rejuvenate in the Nordic barrel sauna with its restorative health benefits.

The expansive deck features a gas fireplace and a covered patio—perfect for sipping wine under the stars. Take a dip in the private swim spa or lounge in Adirondack chairs by the beach while soaking up panoramic waterfront views.

As we are a shared beach community we have a NO PET policy and strict NO PARTYING policy.
Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No sport court usage during quiet time. Please respect all local burn bans for outdoor firepit.
Please do not bring inflatable slides, toys or pools
Please observe community rules regarding 20mph speed limit on the private community road.
We have a strict 10 guest limit (includes all children and visitors).
This is a NO SMOKING property ( includes cannabis and tobacco inside and exterior) No Judgement...but if this is important for your group this will not be a good fit.
Please no shellfish harvesting or crabbing from the beaches
