We had a great stay here. It was a really good location - quiet at night and quick uber rides to all of the action. We also loved all of the outdoor spaces although it was super hot while we were there. It’s very hard to find nice places that are pet friendly, so we will definitely be back to this spot in the future.

Thanks so much! We’re glad you found the perfect balance of a peaceful spot to relax while still being close to everything Charleston has to offer. The outdoor spaces are definitely a favorite, even if the summer heat decided to make an appearance! We’re happy your pet friendly stay was a success and look forward to hosting you again.

Lacking kitchen items like pot holders and paper towels.Coming from Out of state, I was disappointed there was little to no flexibility with check in and check out times despite being told there was no reservation before or after us.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We always try to accommodate early check ins and late checkouts whenever our schedule allows, but we did have a guest staying before your arrival and another guest arriving after your departure, which limited our flexibility this time. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the reservation schedule. We also appreciate your feedback about the kitchen supplies and will make sure our team checks those items.

The property was a great set up for our group of 8 adults. We liked that it was set back off the street and could enjoy morning coffee on the porch. The furnishing was all very nice and the beds comfortable. The staff responded to any inquiries we had in a very timing and professional manner. Made our stay very effortless. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston! However, We were disappointed that for the price that there weren’t more comfortable seating areas. The outside furniture was uncomfortable as well as the chairs inside. Not great sitting areas for a group of 6 to sit comfortably. The beds were pretty firm and that’s not for everyone. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the porch light off and that impacted those sleeping downstairs. We enjoyed our visit for sure and it is a good location to get around downtown and to wonderful coffee shops and King street.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your visit and the convenient location near downtown, coffee shops, and King Street. We are sorry to hear the seating and bed comfort did not fully meet your expectations. Comfortable beds are always a priority for us, though we do understand comfort can be a personal preference. We also appreciate your note about the porch light and will look into that. We aim to make our listing as accurate as possible and are always happy to answer any questions prior to booking to help ensure our homes are the best fit for each group.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous unit. The host was easy to reach and in good communication. Our flights were canceled due to a snowstorm and we were grateful to be able to extend our stay by one night. The beds were comfortable, the showers had good water pressure and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s also a great location with options for meals within a reasonable walking distance.
