Return to your spacious accommodations to refresh, and then enjoy the evening with a cold drink from the bar while listening to nightly live music and waves caressing the shores.

Begin the day relaxing on the beach or enjoying water sports like windsurfing, swimming or snorkeling. Unwind in the swimming pool or hot tub, play a game of tennis or work up a sweat at the fitness center. Grab a cold drink or bite to eat at the on-site café and sway to the sounds of live music at night. However you choose to pass the time, you’ll find relaxing and fun-filled amenities at every turn.

Prior to checking in:
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- The Antillean Florin is the legal currency on the Dutch side of the island although the USD $ and the Euro € are widely accepted. The Euro € is the legal currency on the French side of the island although the USD $ is widely accepted. There is a government required Timeshare Usage Tax ($50.00 per occupied unit, per week, i.e., an eight day stay up to two weeks will be $100.00) that applies to all reservations. Hotel guests are exempt of this fee; however, a rental room tax (5% of the rental rate) is required for all rental reservations.
- Please be aware that all reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working service animals as defined by the ADA. Certified support and therapy animals are not allowed.
- The minimum age for checking in is 21.
- Please note that there is a $30 cash departure fee, payable at the airport; however, most commercial airlines include this fee in the price of your airline ticket. Please consult with the airline to determine if the $30 departure fee is included or not. This fee is subject to change without prior notice.

When checking in:
Hotel Guests and Exchange Reservations:

- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $25 plus tax resort charge will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Daily Resort Charge will be added to the room rate and includes: Basic guest internet; gaming consoles; sports equipment: tennis, basketball, volleyball; palapas/umbrellas and two beach chairs; self-parking for one car; water aerobics; and select resort activities.
- Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.

Room photos are only samples, the arrangement of furniture and view of the balcony may vary depending on availability. Property maintenance is overseen and controlled by the resort, therefore any issues regarding property maintenance or unit upkeep fall within their responsibility to rectify. Additionally, the resort retains the right to alter or close the amenities in accordance to COVID-19 restrictions, construction projects, or any other ongoing issues. KOALA does not hold responsibility or maintain control over resort units, their location or quality, or resort amenities.
Please ensure to verify the cancellation policy on this listing before booking. KOALA represents individual timeshare owners who offer their reservations for rent at discounted rates and set their cancellation policies based on their own exposure or risk to financial loss. Therefore, once the cancellation deadline has passed, we cannot offer a refund in full or in part for any reason including (but not limited to) Covid related issues, (other than full resort closures), natural disasters, flight issues or delays or personal change of plans.
Guests are required to provide the name and address on the photo ID of the ONE individual that will be handling the check in process. This information must be provided at the time of booking in order for the reservation to be finalized. Please refer to the listing minimum age requirement to ensure you meet check-in eligibility age.
