The highlight is the south-facing mezzanine-level living room, featuring soaring ceilings and expansive windows that bathe the space in natural light and seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. The open floor plan encompasses a chic dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen with Caesarstone countertops and top-of-the-line appliances. The primary suite offers a tranquil retreat with a luxurious Porcelanosa-tiled spa bath, rain shower, and double sinks. Upstairs, a second bedroom is complemented by a full bath. Outside, the two-tiered Bluestone-paved garden is perfect for entertaining.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



The living room and bedroom fireplaces are purely decorative and NOT for use.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
