Head down to the fully finished basement retreat, it includes a wet bar, full bath, large entertainment space and unique surf board table that sits 6. The washer and dryer are located in the basement for convenience.

Outdoor amenities include a propane Weber grill, firepit, and hot/cold outdoor shower. Take in the quiet and stars from the private back patio. If your stay is mid-summer and your timing is right, pick blueberries from the 20 blueberry bushes in the front yard or enjoy a pear from the tree. The property is monitored by an outside security camera located at the front door.

Located on the quieter side of Chatham you are within convenient walking distance to great restaurants like Pisces and Drifters, and a short drive brings you to a local favorite Buca's Tuscan Roadhouse.
