Oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the Golden Sands Building! This 11th floor, direct east facing condo is the perfect vacation location! Enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! You'll love the view from the master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and can wake up to a perfect sunrise every morning! The main bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a double bed on the top. There is also a queen-sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This condo also has as of May 2024 new bathrooms, new central A/C and a new hot water heater. Additionally, you'll enjoy free cable TV, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and one assigned parking space.

Golden Sands offers an indoor and outdoor pool, oceanfront volleyball, tennis courts, a game room and a fitness center! There are also a beach bar and grill, convenience store and sandwich shop on-site. One assigned parking spot is included at no additional cost. **There is a $60 Golden Sands non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort. **

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add linens for $128.75 after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
