Wunderschön in einem beachy Dekor. Wand hinzugefügt für die Privatsphäre auf ein separates Wohnzimmer aus dem Schlafzimmer. Erdgeschosswohnung nur wenige Schritte vom Pool (im Winter beheizt), komfortabel und gemütlich. Aproximately 13 Meilen von schönen unbebauten Strand neben der Anlage. Wir sind die letzten Eigentumswohnungen auf Santa Rosa Blvd. Sicherheits-Tor Eingang, 2 Pools, Tennisplätze, Whirlpool und Fitness-Raum (alle nur wenige Schritte von dem Gerät) Schneevögel haben genug, um sie mit Montag Abend an den Filmen, wöchentlich Brücke, Bingo zu beschäftigen, und Aerobic dreimal eine Woche. Der Komplex hat auch einen Bankettsaal für Ihren besonderen Anlass. Das Hotel liegt nur zwei Meile vom Konferenzzentrum und der Gulfarium. Wunderschön gelegen mit einem spanischen Look gestylt. Einem großen Grundstück mit viel auf Palmen für Ihren Abendspaziergang.

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and all appliances worked. The resort itself is older but it is very well kept. The pools were very clean and the water was perfect. The owner is very responsive to question. The Beach is about 300 yards away from the condo and beautiful. Only thing that could be changed is the bed its a full size and really needs updated to a queen. The Price for our stay was very fair for the region. Would definitely recommend the condo for couples.

Good budget friendly option

The place was just as pictured/described. Pool was nice and short walk to the beach. The bed was not comfortable and the air conditioner was loud but everything else was fine, still good for the price! I would stay here again.

No one has complained about the bed before. We just put a new bed and new furniture in the bedroom and completely updated the condo. Also, no one has complained about the A/C. I rented so much cheaper than any of the other rentals in the complex because gas prices and so high that I did not want to discourage people from getting taking a. vacation this year.

The condo was better than the pictures described. Property owner was east to communicate with and responded to my questions promptly. Property was very nice and kept up with. Easy access to the beach and short drive to anything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a getaway!!

The liating was very accurate. The beach is a short walk across the parking lot. We also loaded up our stuff and parked closer to the beach to shorten our walk. We have a beach cart and it was easier to use the ramp then the ataira. LOL. The place was cute and clean. We had everything we needed and there were several restaurants close by to choose from when we did want to eat out. Thank you for everything!! I've already recommended this place to someone else.

Nice little condo, a little dated but cozy and quiet. About 300 yards to the beach. Had a good time. Only negative I had was the bathroom drains went down real slow and no view of water from room

The El Matador is a very old condo and I charge less than a lot of the new ones. I am sorry about the drains and am now flushing them regularly. I do not promise water view. Folks who have water view charge a lot more than I do. Glad you had good time and thank you for renting.

Super nice resort and private. Condo was small for the four of us but we made it work! Pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable but we bought a topper and left it for future travelers! All in all we had a great time. Pool right outside the door and 4 minute walk to the beach. We will be back

Condo had everything we needed

We were set right down to beach chairs and tennis rackets, convenient location and all the details we needed for a worry free stay. The gate keepers @ Em Matador were very friendly and the neighbors was quite nice as well. It wasn’t 5 stars but neither was the rental cost, for the price you just couldn’t beat it.

Nice & cozy

Place was in a great location, close to the beach and next to the pool. Condo was clean and the bed was comfy. Shower could definitely use some more water pressure though. It also didn’t seem to have much of a hot water reserve either. Definitely would come back for another stay!

Glad you liked the place and would return. I can do nothing about water pressure in the condo. I have no control over that, only the unit itself. It is a studio and the hot water heater is small but you always go over to the sauna area and there are really nice showers there. Info in case you return.

Eight in the beach

The property is on the first floor right by the pool and beach. Most of the furniture has been updated which the pictures don’t show. Checkin is easy and property owner was a pleasure to work with. No issues just a great time overall.

Gorgeous condo!

First time being in a condo in Florida and it did not disappoint! The complex was safe and easy access to the beach. The condo itself was awesome with everything we needed (linens, towels, movies, beach gear). Check in was a breeze!! The only thing I would recommend would be a map/layout sheet of the complex in the condo. Other than that? The owners were great, all was clean, and we will definitely stay again!

Just what I needed!

Jan's condo was just what I needed. The condo was safe and secure. I had all the supplies to cook. The condo was clean and comfy. Jan was very easy to work with. There were chairs and beach toys available for use. I loved my stay here and I am looking forward to staying again. It is not the Ritz but the price wasn't either. Thanks Jan!

The overview

Good room for a good price! Little miscommunication on check in procedure but was settled before check in time. Had one huge cockroach in bathroom but no other problems flushed it down toilet hood to go! Definitely worth the price overall and location is within a few minute walk of the beach not to far from Destin either I would recommend

I had sent you all the info about check in long before you arrived. You failed to read my correspondence and did not know the procedures. I try to make sure folks are in the know long before they arrive. Glad you had a good time and bugs are a problem with everyone. The condo is sprayed regularly but one sometimes sneaks in.
