Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

We stayed here as a group of 8 and had such a great time despite lots of rainy weather. The house is stunning, is outfitted with everything you might need, and has ample indoor and outdoor spaces for a larger group to spread out. Check in and out processes were seamless and Dana was so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Carlton Landing!

Amazing House

We have stayed many times in Carlton Landing and this was our favorite house yet. The house is beautiful, every room has its own bathroom, it is FULLY stocked and Dana is so responsive. We had two families with 4 young kiddos and there was plenty of room for all! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for Families!

We loved our stay here, the home is so well done and thoughtfully designed. We loved the screened in porch and turf front lawn for the kids to play. Plenty of room for 2 families with 5 kids total. They’ve provided tons of fun games, kitchen tools, beach towels, really anything we needed. A very sweet trip and the house was perfect for our stay!

This place was perfect for 10 ladies to celebrate a 60th Birthday. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. The neighborhood with three pool choices, access to the lake and an easy walk to all places. Our group and a great time!

Gorgeous house

It was a wonderful place to stay. New home with all the high end amenities. Beautiful screened in porch with Tv and fireplace which was so nice. Only negative is lack of parking, but we made it work. Would definitely book again.

This property is awesome! We haven’t stopped talking about it since we left. We have stayed at many rental properties, but this one was different. I would have paid double to stay here! There is plenty of space for 3 to 4 families. Tons of sitting areas both inside and out. Perfect for kids of all ages or adults. This place and this area is an absolute secret gem!!

Family of 7 came to Carlton Landing to enjoy the lake and unplug. This home was fantastic! We've stayed in many homes throughout the neighborhood and this home was one of our favorites. Loved the seclusion of the back porch areas - looked to the tree lines. The upper porch can see the lake! The patio furniture choices were perfect, loved the bed swing. This home was clean, smelled new, and had everything one would need for their stay. The essentials were high quality and they even thought of "things you might have forgot" basket. My favorite part was the counter space in the kitchen, swing bed on the patio, turf space, and the availability of essentials that just makes the stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you for opening your home to our family. We hope to enjoy another stay in the future.

Carlton Landing is literally right out a movie set and this home is one of the stars. It is immaculately clean, comfortable and luxurious. The owner is responsive and candidly has thought of everything. You are a short walk from Eufala lake and the many amenities that this community offers. We will be back soon. Great weekend getaway.

Great Stay But One Thing Needs To Be Addressed Before You Book

This property was in a great development and the home itself was well stocked and had great space, especially with each room having its own bathroom. The porches were great and really made the space pleasant with a big crowd. I do have to say that we wished there would have had a BBQ grill available as it would have been easier to cook for the size of our crowd, so plan your meals accordingly. The downstairs bed's box spring was turned on the wrong side and the bed sunk into it considerably - we had to place decorative couch cushions into the cavity to help sleep flat. Once that was discovered, we flipped the box spring and it was better but is seems the mattress was damaged (the wrong side only had one support bar running north to south and east to west for a king size bed of considerable thickness). I would highly suggest checking in with owner that the mattress was replaced as 7 nights of crappy sleep on vacation can make a dent in the fun. Truly the rest of the property, amenites and owner communication was very good - just make sure the mattress has been replaced :)

We love how life slows down the minute you arrive in Carlton Landing. There is so many different areas for you to explore and enjoy. The Meeting House and Mama Tig’s Pizza are some of our favorites. We love sitting by the fire pit and listening to music.
