Welcome to Sunset Rocks - a newly renovated waterfront property in Egg Harbor! Your family will enjoy hours of outdoor fun and breathtaking views of the sunset each night. After dark, gather around the fire pit nestled among the rocks on the shore line to roast marshmallows for s’mores while sharing laughs around a good old fashioned campfire.

You will be tempted to spend all your time outdoors, however, a cozy home awaits you. Step inside and walk into the inviting Great Room with vaulted ceilings, beautiful new white oak wood floors, and huge windows that welcome in the sun and panoramic views of the bay. A brand new well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating is part of an open floor plan that extends into the dining and living areas. A large screen TV and shelves full of games in the living area provides the perfect place for your group to relax after a day in the sun!

Just off the Great Room is the primary bedroom furnished with a King Size Bed. The sliding glass doors bring in the stunning lake views, while also providing access to its own patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a brand new bathroom, featuring a double sink with a marble countertop and a large walk-in shower.

Two newly carpeted bedrooms on the opposite side of the Great Room share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed and the second bedroom is furnished with a Full/Twin bunk bed. Those of you who will be here for an extended stay will appreciate having a full laundry room equipped with a brand new washer and dryer.
