Welcome to our brand new build (completed in 2023) and brand new cabin to the rental pool on Bill's Island on the Island Park Reservoir! Our 'Uncle Chris' Cabin' is ready to host your whole family and all the needs and wants that come with it. With 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and ample tastefully decorated seating areas, the whole family can both come together and have space to disperse and mingle. Each room is designed for comfort and equipped with a Smart TV for your enjoyment. The home boasts a large driveway for your parking needs as well as ample space outside the home for rest and relaxation in the fresh air. While being private and secluded amongst the trees, the house is also in an ideal location for exploring all that Island Park has to offer including Yellowstone, fishing the reservoir, Henrys Lake, or Henrys Fork, as well as golfing, horseback riding, and exploring the hundreds of miles of trails that surround the area. Uncle Chris' Cabin is the perfect home for building traditions and memories for many years to come!

~ FISHING: Island Park Reservoir for fishing, boating, and other water activities surrounds the home; the island offers multiple entrance points. Henrys Lake is also close by, only about a 25 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway for your parking needs. The garage is not available for guest use at this time.

CLEANING: While we (KABINO) have always gone to great lengths to best maintain and prepare our homes for guest arrivals, we've since updated our operating and cleaning protocols in light of COVID-19. We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.
