Thank you for your review. I wish you would have informed me of these issues during your stay. I was right next door the whole week and you had plenty opportunities to inform me of any issues during your stay. We want nothing more than our guest to be 100 percent satisfied. My cleaning crew has been doing our turnovers for a very long time and we never had anyone else say our home was “Uncleanly “. I’m not sure what kind of food you found in the lobster pot but I apologize if my cleaning crew missed something. Someone cut the wire to the massage chair and we had to find someone to remove it from our house since it is very heavy. The lounge chair must of recently ripped because I did not see it until after your stay. By the way the chairs you saw in my closet down stairs are not lounge chairs they are something else. As far as an odor down stairs , I’m not sure what it is because I never smelled anything and we never had complaints of it in the past . Thank you , Susan

Thank you ! The island finally installed Wi-Fi July 1st. So we now have WiFi and Cell Service . We are happy you enjoyed your stay. You are welcome back anytime

The island is in the process of installing broadband through out the island . We have no control of the cell or Wi-Fi service on the island . Also we are do some updates this winter . Thanks

Hi! I’m sorry to hear you had some issues with your say last May. First of all we had asked you NOT to park on the grass while you were parked on our front lawn. For everything else I can go on and on explaining reasons for your complaints . However we were getting ready for the season and that was the first weekend . We had just had the deck power washed and I apologize for the carpenter didn’t sand it properly . The shower outside wasn’t hooked up yet because the plumber couldn’t be there that prior to that weekend . We do have smoke detectors hooked up so I don’t know what your saying about them being in the table ? Maybe they were spare ones that had been replaced . And finally , All locks in the house work while you are in the house for safety reasons/ We just ask not to lock to the doors while out. We have had lots of issues in the past with lost keys at the beach etc. Thank you

I’m sorry to hear that you had some issues With our home. I wish you would of let us know while you were staying in the house. We were right next door the whole time . We would of been more then Happy to address them. We don’t know if there is a problem if you don’t let us know. Also the dehumidifier only works when you have the windows closed downstairs. Also regarding the cell and Wi-Fi service , that is out of our control. The island is in the process of installing BroadBand on the entire island. We also replaced the toaster. We haven’t found any other issues with the other appliances. We had the house rented all summer and haven’t had any other complaints but we are planning on doing some updates to our property this winter. The location of the house is on the map so you should of been aware that our home was 3 miles from town.

I’m sorry to hear that you had some issues with our property. We have 2 houses on 2.5 acres of land . They are 125 ft away from each other . We usually are just there on weekends to maintain our property and be there so it will be ready for our tenants. While you were renting our property it was 4th of July and my family was out for the 2 day Holiday. We were not there for most of your stay and when we got there, I thought I was being helpful by telling you about the AC and how it was connected to WIFI. I was asking if it was working . Not accusing you of anything. The AC is brand new this year and we are still getting familiar with it. We installed it to help keep the house cool and dry to avoid a musty smell . That is why I came over to ask you to leave it on downstairs . Most people enjoy when we are there. We don’t bother anyone unless you need us for anything. Like when I brought you over a mouse trap . Im sorry that a small mouse found its way in the house . We haven’t had any previous problems with mice but we live across the street from a cow pasture so I don’t find it surprising. Thank you, Susan
