Versteckt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse im schönen Laurel Grove Viertel im SandestinÂź Resort, ist unser Ferienhaus gemĂŒtlich und privat. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt befindet sich das Laurel Grove Clubhouse, in dem Sie einen beheizten Pool mit vielen LiegestĂŒhlen, einem Whirlpool, einer Mini-KĂŒche, einem Außengrill und einem hochmodernen Fitnessraum finden. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es mehrere Teiche, in denen GĂ€ste angeln können. Wenn Sie nach Unterhaltung, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten suchen, ist das Wharf eine kurze Fahrt mit dem Golfwagen entfernt. Der weiße Sandstrand ist in der NĂ€he und mit dem Golfwagen leicht zu erreichen.

Unser Ferienhaus ist groß genug fĂŒr die ganze Familie! Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit großer Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Ein GĂ€stezimmer im Erdgeschoss bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie ein charmantes drittes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Queensize-Betten und einem eigenen Bad. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player in jedem Schlafzimmer sowie kostenloses WLAN im gesamten Haus.

Great Location

Very close to the shops and Publix. Also private communal pool was just a couple hundred feet. The house was like brand new inside and out. Large screened in porch with outside seating great for the Friday night fireworks!!

Lovely Home

The home was absolutely spotless in a wonderful neighborhood in Sandestin. The backyard had lots of seating and a beautiful view of the golf course. We used the golf cart to travel to shops and restaurants. We will stay here again!!!

Great property on quiet cul de sac, pool close by, golf cart was easy to use. The bathrooms were large and well done with nice showers. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making holiday meals. The chairs outside the porch turned out to be a perfect place to watch the new years fireworks and drone show from.

The back porch and patio have a fantastic view of the golf course. Be prepared to hear early morning golfers and mowers on the course. The golf cart was a must for making the most of the resort. It worked great! The house was clean, decorated "beachy" and well equipped. The beds in the guest room were more comfortable than the bed in the master but the shower in the master is a highlight!

Nice vacation

House was beautiful. Location was great! My only complaint: we noticed pet hair on all the furniture when we first arrived. Was confused because the home is supposed to be no pets allowed. Took the cleaning crew until late the next afternoon to come vacuum off the sofas. When I did call & report it as soon as we checked in & asked for someone to come clean, It took the owner of the cleaning crew several hours to finally respond . Then he put his wife on the phone to question & hassle me for over 30 minutes to the point they made me feel bad for complaining. Said they would send “their girls” to come clean first thing the next morning. That didn’t happen! It was around 2pm I believe before they finally showed up. I should NOT have had to deal with that on my vacation. Other than that, it was good.

Great Stay!

We loved everything about this property! Location on the cul-de-sac was great as well as its’ close proximity to the pool. The home was clean and very well kept. The bathrooms were especially great as compared to other homes we have stayed at in the past. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and the golf cart. We are already looking to book again!

We have stayed at this property for the last 3 years. It’s the perfect location to Alll the amenities and the beach! We had to reschedule our trip last minute this year and they were very accommodating. We also had a maintenance issue and the property management company was quick to respond and very communicative! The screened in back porch was a nice addition to the property!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location & wonderful home that was extremely clean and perfect for us & our young adult children. We stayed 4 nights and actually never left the resort this time! We used the 6-seater golf cart to get to the beach daily, Publix grocery store, restaurants, ice cream shop, neighborhood pool, marina, Village at Baytowne Wharf & took a nightly ride around the resort exploring. Beach tip: set up your tent or chairs at the beach by 9am to get a better spot and then return later to enjoy. For kitchen, bring: all-purpose cleaner, casserole dish/disposable pan (only a small casserole dish was provided so we had to purchase pans at Publix), extra kitchen towels for washing & drying dishes (only 1 dish cloth & 1 hand towel provided). Home is close to neighborhood pool & hot tub which is nice! Check in/out went smoothly & host was responsive! In our opinion, a home with golf cart is the best (not required but makes everything much easier when going to beach, grocery store & Baytowne Wharf which are in different areas of the resort).

Clean, well kept, beautiful house. We had four adult guests and had plenty of space for sleeping/hanging out in the home. The kitchen was clean and spacious. The golf cart allowed easy and quick access across the resort and to the beach. The neighborhood pool was clean and peaceful when we needed a break from the beach.

The house was very clean and comfortable for a family of 5. Unfortunately, we really hoped we would have a usable golf cart to use in this golf course community to use while staying here. We had to make several adjustments to our plans since the golf cart was not fixed during the entire stay. Just be aware there is a real possibility the golf cart won't be available to use. Even emailed the week prior to arrival to make sure the golf cart was usable. We showed up the first day and the battery was broken. Getting the management company out to fix the golf cart before we left was challenging.

October 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful mini vacation! Loved the house and location. We didn’t make it to the beach, but the pool and the golf course were right outside our door. Clean & comfy! Can’t wait to come back. We plan to stay longer next time!

Great House with Great Amenities

This house was great! Updated house with a great view of the golf course to wake up to and end the day every day on the porch! Close to the beach and all of the amenities of Sand Destin! We would definitely stay again!

Perfectly Peaceful Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is located in a peaceful neighborhood. The large back porch offers a shady spot to relax with your morning coffee or gather with your group for happy hour and to grill dinner. The bedrooms are comfortable and private with great bathrooms. The washer/dryer, TVs, and golf cart worked great. It was nice to have the neighborhood pool and hot tub as an alternative to the beach. Check in was easy and hassle free. Would love to rent here again!
