Hi Jodi! Thank you for providing some constructive feedback. The note about getting a screenshot of the door code in advance is a good idea. I added that suggestion to our check-in day message. We also provide the guest Wi-Fi code in advance so it is ready upon arrival. Did you see the note in the listing about the pool being heated to 84 degrees? After inquiring about your experience the day after check-in, I never heard any concerns about the pool temperature during your stay, just afterwards now in this review. I wish we had an opportunity to know about that concern and help you in the moment. The pool is intentionally heated to 84 degrees for maximum cleanliness, as recommended by our professional pool cleaning/maintenance crew. We have a thermometer above the refrigerator so guests can check it during their stay. We appreciate your booking and look forward to the opportunity to ensure your expectations are met or exceeded in the future!

Hi Perry! I'm surprised to see your sub-5 star feedback. We checked in with you multiple times during your stay and never heard any concerns about the pool, nor anything else. You sent us a message saying "it's wonderful..yall have been great". We mention in the listing that the pool is set to a temperature of 86 degrees for maximum cleanliness, which can seem cool to swimmers. It is disappointing to see that we received a 3 star rating from you and never knew you had any unmet expectations. In retrospect, I wish communication would have been better so we could have had an opportunity to try to help you. We are not always able to do this, but we allowed you to do early check in at no additional cost too. I'm sure the level of cleanliness and quality of our cabin were at or above your standards, as we consistently get positive feedback about that. We appreciate your reservation and hope to be able to host you again in the future!
