Quiet location in a neighborhood near locations where we wanted to go. Property is a little dated but kids loved the game room and pool. Off-street parking in the garage out back is definitely a bonus. icemaker and dishwasher were not working but the ac worked well.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that your stay went well and that you had no issues. We would like to clarify that our listing clearly states a pet fee applies. This was not disclosed at the time of booking, which caused some misunderstanding. Since your comments described your stay as positive, we were surprised by the low rating, but we do appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to host you.

My reasons for not giving a good review first of all when we got there the house was 96 degrees because everything was off it took more then 5 hours to cool I don’t understand why you would rent a house and not have the ac on and also the house was really dirty fridge was dirty walls doors all cabinets were so dirty the bbq grill was so dirty yet it said on rules we had to clean it after use or would be a charge if we didn’t I can honestly say this house was the worst house we’ve stayed in I’m sorry but I don’t recommend this house

Kitchen was dirty upon arriving. There was also dead roaches in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen area. I also saw live roaches walking in kitchen at least 5 times during my two days. Other guests with me also saw them.
