Centrally located cozy and comfortable house

Located centrally in a lively part of Los Angels that is conveniently close to everything: all types of supermarkets, restaurants, places of worship, shopping centers, movie theaters, recreational centers, DMV, hospitals, etc. are nearby. Anything you can want or think of is likely to be located within five miles of the house.

Transportation wise, the 405 freeway is less than two miles away to the west and the 101 is less than 4 miles south if choosing to connect through the 405. The house is less than two miles away from the Metrolink Van Nuys station and bus stops are one block to the north on Vanowen St or four to five blocks east or south on Victory and Van Nuys Blvd.
