In this Pinetop Lakes Country Club Mountain Retreat you will find spacious rooms, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. This home has everything you need and more for your next relaxing/adventurous vacation including fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation, game room, bikes, kayaks, canoe and life preservers – all you have to do is book your stay!

There is plenty of room to sprawl out in this spacious 2-story, 3000 sq ft, 5 bedroom and 3 full baths home that is the perfect quiet family retreat or friends/family get together! The home can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 kids with downstairs split format master bedroom w/king bed and 1 bedroom w/queen bed and upstairs 2 king beds and combined game room/2 twin bunk beds. Keep everyone entertained with the upstairs game/bunk bed room combo playing pool, shuffle board/bowling table, 2-person table Pacman and also darts! Loft area also has a 2-person arcade table game. When it’s a little chilly or for romantic evenings enjoy the 2 gas fireplaces; or, when the summer weather heats up a bit in the pines there is also Central Air Conditioning for your comfort! Enjoy relaxing outdoors on the back deck with a propane powered fire table for coffee in the mornings or evening drinks. The backyard also includes a play area for kids. The neighborhood/area is great for walking to explore all year round, so take advantage of the cool shaded streets in the summer! At night enjoy the stars on clear nights - they are exceptionally beautiful and bright! This really is a great family get away cabin to enjoy the cool pines in the summer or playing in the snow in the winter (just 30 minutes from Sunrise Ski Resort)!

For security/privacy, the front door has a keypad lock for a code that will be provided once your reservation is completed. Once inside you can open the garage and pull inside to park. The inside door from the garage also is accessed via keypad coded lock. We recommend having a car to get around the area. You may park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street.

The home is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines which is a great area to ride bikes or visit one of the lakes with the provided canoe or kayaks; hiking trails, fishing, golf and Hon-Dah Casino are all within a 5-10 minute drive; enjoy skiing/snow boarding in the winter, tubing or zip-lining in the summer at Sunrise Ski Resort! Pinetop is a small friendly town with lots of little shops and great places to dine!

The beautiful Pinetop Lakes Country Club golf course is a public golf course and is open to anyone who would like to play. The website is https://pinetoplakesgolf.com for more information on booking. There is also a restaurant in the clubhouse.

– We love our neighbors and since this vacation home is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood, there is a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Evictions and forfeitures of deposit for any violations of said policies are strictly enforced. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
