🌺 Aloha and welcome to sunny Kihei! Our modern and well equiped, air conditioned 1 bedroom condo is located just south of the brand new Hilton Grand Bay Villas Resort and is situated directly across the street from the beach. Our home is within short walking distance to the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary visitor center and Kalepolepo beach park. Sit back, relax and have your morning coffee moment from our pool view lanai. The newly installed 65 inch HD TV is perfect for game day or watching your favorite movie. Beautifully decorated, this coastal inspired home will make for a perfect Hawaiian getaway. This is a non-smoking accommodation.
🌺 This unit includes free parking, high speed internet, HD smart TV, beach essentials and pool/spa/BBQ access. Pack 'n' Play and high chair are also available for infants. Complimentary coffee, tea, Brita water filter pitcher, soap and shampoo are also provided. The unit is located at a quiet corner of the complex away from the street.
🌺 Located in the north Kihei neighborhood along Maui's south shore, we are across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park and a few minutes away from grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. The condo is centrally located on Maui with a 15 minute drive to OGG/Costco/Walmart/Target, 30 minute drive to Lahaina, and 10 minute drive to Wailea.
🌺 When you book this Listing, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the Listing price, any applicable fees (VRBO service fee, cleaning fee, extra guest fee...), taxes (see below), travel insurance if selected (optional but recommended) and any other items identified during checkout.
