2BR/2Bath condo in the lovely community of The Grande at Canal Pointe. 3rd floor top unit w/vaulted ceilings in master bedroom (elevator in building). Our condo has everything you need to have a great vacation at the beach. Plenty of parking, balcony overlooking the pond, 2 pools, gym and tennis/basketball/pickle ball court. Perfect condo for a family of 4 or 2 adult couples looking for some relaxation in Rehoboth Beach. Close proximity to downtown (1.5 miles), beach, bike paths located at entrance to our community and outlet shopping.

● Toilet Paper, Tissues and Hand Soap in bathrooms.
● Paper Towels, dishwashing detergent and sponges in Kitchen.
● Trash Bags.
● Hairdryers.
● 3 Smart TV’s with Roku built in so you can stream your favorite
apps/channels.

CODE for FRONT DOOR
You will receive a code from AUGUST SMART LOCK when your reservation is
confirmed. Use the keypad next to the doorbell to type in the code. When you're done entering the numbers, be sure to push the RED AUGUST button on the bottom of the key pad . The door will unlock. Also, after the door is unlocked, it will remain unlocked for 1 minute and then automatically lock again.
POOL KEY FOBS – there are 2 key fobs hanging on a lanyard on the hook next to the front door. Both Fobs will grant you access to the 2 pools, clubhouses and trash area: The 1st pool/clubhouse is directly across from our condo and the 2nd pool/clubhouse is located in the “single family home” section of the development. This pool is located at the end of the street named Liverpool. If you lose a key fob, the replacement cost is $50.
POOL HOURS - Please adhere to the strict pool hours of 9am to 8pm. Please sign in using either of our names (Louis Cuck or Ludovic Bertaut) and check the box stating you are the owners.
BIKE PASSES – there are 4 bike parking passes hanging on the hook next to the front door. These passes must be put on any bike you lock on the bike racks on the 1st floor of the building. Attached is a picture as to where to attach the bike pass.
AC – we have a NEST thermostat which is very easy to use. Please leave the
temperature at 78 when you are not home to conserve energy.
BINDER - there is a binder located on the living room table which will provide you information with our favorite restaurants, biking trails, renting bikes and playing miniature golf. The binder also has our contact phone numbers in case you need to reach us.
HOA DOCUMENT - Once you confirm a reservation, we will send you a document provided by our HOA board that you need to sign, date and return to us.
CONDO RULES – you will find a list of condo rules on the refrigerator. Please
adhere to these rules especially the hanging of pool towels or bathing suits over the deck railing.
GARBAGE – You will need to use the key fob on the lanyards to gain access to the trash area which is in the parking lot next to the basketball/tennis court. There are recyclable and non-recyclable trash bins in the enclosed area.
● To unlock the trash area gate, place your fob against the fob reader pad ;
when the green light appears (you will hear a click) and the lock will unlock.
Once the gate closes again, it will automatically lock.

Hi. My name is Louis and I'm originally from Scranton, PA. I've been living in Los Angeles for 29 years and am a Producer in Animation.
Ludovic (Luke) is from Paris, France. He has lived in Los Angeles for 13 years and has been a teacher for 24 years.
We have been renting on Airbnb for the last 8 years and are Super Hosts which means we have an average of 5 stars from our guests. We decided to also list on VRBO to get more exposure.
Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft
We both love Rehoboth Beach and bought a condo there 8 years ago. We plan on moving permanently to RB in 2024 once the home we are building is complete.
The Grande at Canal Pointe is in a great location due to it being on the east side of Rt 1 (don't need to worry about traffic), the BreakwaterJunction Bike trail is located at the entrance to our community and we are 1.5 miles to the beach. You can easily bike or walk to the downtown area as well.

We are on the top floor (3rd floor) of our building with a private balcony overlooking the pond behind our condo building. Being on the top floor, we never hear any noise from our neighbors. Also, there is an elevator in our building which is very useful for bringing luggage and groceries to our condo.
