The Space:
New for 2023:
Pier has been repaired after 2022 storm.
Bedrooms have new LVP floors.
All new mattresses and bedding.
New additional loveseats for living room.
Kitchen remodel:
Wall removed for more open space and a new large kitchen quartz topped island! Cabinets painted with new accent handles. New LG Oven/Stove, New Refrigerator, New Microwave. New dining room table and chairs.
Guest Access:
The spacious first floor is available for guest use. The attic space is off limits for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a wildlife refuge. You may see deer, otters, beavers, bears, pelicans, and much much more! Remember to keep your distance and bring your bug spray!
You will arrive by a long road that will seem to go no where but we are there! All the way at the end on the water front!
Other Things to Note:
This home is for the getaway experience. We do have internet connection, however, it is satellite connected and may experience interruptions from time to time and it may not be at a speed you are used to.
We recommend leaving work behind as you should on your vacation! But should you need to share a few photos to make your friends and family a little jealous, you can!

We firmly believe this should be the getaway experience - we will limit our communication as best as possible. However if you do need us, please reach out!
