Das Runaway Beach Club Resort ist ein luxuriöses Familienresort mitten im touristischen Zentrum von Florida, nur 4,8 km vom Walt Disney World Resort entfernt. Diese geschlossene Wohnanlage ist tropisch angelegt und besteht aus charmanten zweistöckigen Villen im Key West-Stil, die eine zentral gelegene, mit Springbrunnen versehene Lagune umgeben. Die Gäste können auf dem malerischen Wasserweg spazieren oder joggen. Zwei beheizte Pools bieten Bade- und Sonnenmöglichkeiten für die ganze Familie - ein South Beach-Themenpool für Erwachsene sowie ein lustiger, farbenfroher, kinderfreundlicher Pool mit Wasserspielen und Zero-Depth-Eintritt. Ein Whirlpool neben den Pools bietet eine romantische Kulisse für Paare. Der weitläufige Deckbereich ist von anmutigen Palmen umgeben und bietet Blick auf die wunderschön angelegte Lagune. Viele bequeme Liegestühle und Sonnenschirmtische sind im gesamten Deckbereich vorhanden.

Das Clubhaus des Resorts verfügt über ein modernes Fitnesscenter (von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr geöffnet). WLAN ist im gesamten Komplex verfügbar. Es gibt KEINE zusätzliche tägliche Resort-Zugangsgebühr. Gebühr.

Diese rauchfreie, geräumige 1503 m² große Wohnung verfügt über die größten Grundrisse mit 2 Schlafzimmern im Resort. Es spiegelt ein Küstenflair mit Möbeln im Landhausstil, einem Dekor mit Strandmotiven und einem Farbschema von sanftem Sonnenschein mit Schattierungen von klarem Himmel und tiefem Ozeanblau wider. Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer bieten das Gefühl einer Uferbrise. Ein offenes Wohn- und Esszimmer mit 20 Fuß hohen Kathedralendecken bietet viel Platz zum Essen, Faulenzen und Zusammensein mit Familie und Freunden. Ein Loft mit Blick auf das Wohnzimmer bietet einen zusätzlichen Bereich für Geselligkeit. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über High-End-Geräte, Granitoberflächen mit Frühstückstheke und ist komplett mit Kochgeschirr und Geschirr ausgestattet. Ein großer Esstisch bietet bequem Platz für vier.

Das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das geräumige Hauptbad ist mit einer Gartenwanne ausgestattet. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett sowie ein Einzel- / Einzelbett, um verschiedenen Familienbedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Der Dachboden hält ein Queen-Schlafsofa und Tischfußball. Zwei Queen-Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer bieten zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten. Beide Schlafzimmer bieten große begehbare Kleiderschränke, in denen Sie bequem Ihr Gepäck aufbewahren können. In der Nähe des Gästezimmers befindet sich ein großes Vorraumbad. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe gehören zu den Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung. Ein großer 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Ein 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher befindet sich auf dem Dachboden, im Hauptschlafzimmer und im Gästezimmer. und ein DVD-Player bietet Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie im Wohnbereich. We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and wonderful - we will definitely plan on staying here again. The location is a short drive to everything at Disney World - and unlike other places around Disney the traffic in and around this condo was very good. Also Patsy was a great communicator all throughout the process.

Very nice location. Nice outdoor amenities. Nice place, but needs updating and a DEEP cleaning. The beds and sofas were hard as a rock. Would stay again if there were softer bedding.

I wish you had notified me during your stay, so I could have arranged for the cleaners to have done an additional cleaning at that time. As for the bedding and sofas, I apologize if the firmness was not to your preference. Tastes in firmness vary from guest to guest. Other guests have found the condo quite comfortable.

Perfect Vacation Condo

We Loved our stay here! The condo was perfectly located in proximity to Disney World. Everything was very clean, and Patsy was so great to work with. I will definitely be back to stay here in the future. The pool is also so great, our kids loved it so much they decided to forego a planned day at the beach and rather just spend the day lounging ant swimming at the pool. Loved our time here!

Tout était super.

Patsy est vraiment gentille et répond vite à nos questions. Dans la chambre des enfants il y a un lit simple et un lit double. Dans la chambre des maîtres c'est un lit King. Les lits sont confortables. On a pu constater qu'il y avait deux suivant lit au salon. Les lieux sont propre. L'air climatisé est très bonne. Le frigidaire fabriqué de la glace, c'était bien pour mettre dans notre glacière. On est vraiment proche des parc Disney, mais il n'y a pas de transport pour nous amener dans les parcs. On a accès aux deux piscines du complexe et aussi au spa. Je recommande cet endroit.

Great Disney location

Great location with plenty of room for my small family to spread out. Very comfortable beds, kitchen with all the essentials, and LOTS of storage throughout. Patsy was great and easy to communicate with and ensured our arrival/check-in was stress-free. Highly recommend this property - superb location, accomodations, and value!

Great Place

The condo is exactly like the pictures. The beds are really comfortable. The best part of this condo is the owner Patsy. She was always available to assist in any way you needed....she went out of her way to make sure our stay was a good as she could possible make it. We stayed a month and would definitely stay again. Ideally located to visit Disney Theme Parks

Condo is as described in the listing. I has ample space for a big family. I wouldn't go at saying that the kitchen is of "gourmet" type but it has the many usual items to accommodate you. The condo and property are very clean. Patsy was very responsive communicating with us beforehand. We had stayed in Kissimee area before and this condo has the best location in term of proximity to Disney and other conveniences around. The only minor grief I can mention is that the condo units (all of them I guess) are not very well soundproof. We could hear other neighbors from the master bedroom at night. Being on the second floor, I would imagine that the guesses staying on the main floor could hear our footsteps but we were very careful about this. I would recommend and stay again at this place without hesitation. Frederic

Nice condo but....

Dealing with Patsy and Larry was a delight. They were quick to respond to our request and gave easy to follow instructions on how the rental process worked. No surprises.👍🏻. The check in when very smooth as well. The condo was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds.. But as for the property, we went to check out the pool area( around 4:30) just after check in, we found the office was closed ( this was on a Wednesday), and that the very large deck that is showed in the pictures that looks over the lake was no longer acceptable. It was completely fenced off. Our kids wanted to sedum and use the hot tub that evening around 8:30 or so, when we arrived at the pool it was very dark. The lighting is very poor. There was no lighting in the pool or around, or in the hot tub. It was hard to see. Not very inviting. Most places I have stayed over the years has a few computers and printers in the office area with other things such as work out room sitting area etc etc. This office area even had a half basketball court., but all were closed . When they were open, I needed to print my boarding passes for our return flight and I was told they did not have a computer or printer. No game room or anything for the kids. I give the condo a great review. It was very nice. As for the resort area Runaway Beach, it is not very inviting.

Thank you for your kind comments about our condo and service to our guests. We are glad you found out condo clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Runaway Beach Club is a small family-oriented resort, and our guests have always enjoyed the lovely grounds and the quiet atmosphere. The clubhouse and pool areas are undergoing a few improvements, that should be evident in the next year. The condo association will be managed by a new manager, and more areas in the clubhouse will be made available for use. Some changes are already in the works --- new LED outdoor lighting is being installed, which should make the pool area brighter at night. Best wishes in your future travels!

Great family vacation!

The pool was is perfect for toddlers and infants. Very clean condo. Comfortable. Beds are great. Patsy was easy to communicate with. No issues at all and would stay here again. Easy access to all parks with our rental vehicle and grocery and all amenities are extremely close by.

Runaway beach experience

My first experience with VRBO was great one with a lovely home that was well worth the money . My experience from the registration, check in and staying on the property was amazing. Awesome! Spacious and clean

We stayed here for 11 days, 3 adults and two kids. Very spacious. Pools were awesome, not crowded. Property was well kept and clean! Close to the parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. Perfect place for a family to stay. We loved it.

Great value and nice place!

Very spacious condo, good location, and nice gated community. This was perfect for our family with two teenage boys.

Convenient location with plenty of space for a family of 5

Very nice accommodations generally. As stated in the notes from Magical Memories, bugs might be seen despite treatments — 9 decent size water bugs/roaches killed during our 5 nights (makes me an Ace!). Disappointing, but that’s “part of the region”. The master bed mattress and couches (main floor and upstairs) were not the most comfortable. Very firm couches, probably due the hide-a-beds, and the mattress in the bedroom has been “scooped” on one side due to wear. Only minor complaints to be honest, as the overall stay was enjoyable for my family. Appreciate the simplicity of the check-in and check out despite occurring after hours in both cases.

I am glad your family enjoyed your stay. But I really wish you had contacted me about encountering Florida's "uninvited guests" (insects). I use a professional pest control company (All Florida Pest Control), which treats the unit monthly, and additionally as requested. I’m sorry that the sofas were not to your liking. Most of my guests have appreciated the support that the sofas provide. Saggy couches are not comfortable, so I had a professional upholsterer replace the foam in all the cushions with a high quality denser foam. The king mattress is a firm mattress. A memory foam layer has been added to the mattress for comfort. Your comment surprised me because I haven’t had anyone else mention they had a problem with the mattress. However, I appreciate the feedback, and I will check into it with my property manager to determine if it’s time to replace the mattress. UPDATE: After speaking to my property manager, I have decided to replace the mattress on the king bed in the master bedroom. The comfort of my guests is very important.

Exceeded expectations

Had a wonderful time at this property. The condo clean and maintained. The grounds were pretty. Well kept amenities including pool area. Close proximity to Disney property (6minutes to property and 10 to park lots). I will stay here in the future. Wish I had discovered 8 years ago

Loved the amenities and location.

Enjoyable stay. Met many nice people. Wish the entire pool deck/tiki bar were open. No problem obtaining pool chairs. Residence was well outfitted. Would highly recommend this location.

February/March stay at Runaway Beach Club

We enjoyed our stay very much and when we return to Orlando we would book this property again . The units owners were very easy to work with . The unit had everything we needed . Property was well-maintained . We would highly recommend this property !

Great place to relax and enjoy!

This property was as described. Roomy, clean and comfortable. Close to attractions, restaurants shopping and golf. Would recommend more silverware, glasses and dishes for people who like to eat-in. We were just two and found ourselves constantly washing by hand or running the dish washer. Cable TV channel list was a bit frustrating to figure out. We like to watch sports and found it difficult to search for channels. We finally downloaded the channel list from the internet. Also, there was a dust pan but no broom. We would definitely return in the future!

My husband and I are a retired couple, living in Pensacola, FL. In 2010, we purchased our first condo at Runaway Beach Club Resort, so we would have a place to stay when we take our grandchildren to Disney World. We immediately loved Runaway Beach Club, with its colorful pastel villas and family-friendly atmosphere. We decided to purchase 2 additional condos at this resort and rent all 3 to guests as vacation rentals. It has been very rewarding to get to know so many wonderful guests.

My husband and I enjoy spending time with our family (2 adult children and 2 grandchildren). We also enjoy cruising and traveling, primarily to Western Europe. We love seeing all the historical sights, especially Roman ruins and medieval castles.

This large, spacious condo with cute, nautical decor provides a restful oasis for guests, so needed after a busy day at the parks.
