Josh, Thank you for your feedback! 1. We do have an extra twin bed that is available for our guests in the bedroom but takes up some space. There wasn't any communication on you needing this bed at check in, or during any of our communication. We would had been glad to bring in this if we would have known. 2. There are 3 doors to our home to enter and exit. 3. We stock the essential items at the beginning of a person's stay, trash bags, paper towels per dispenser, and one sponge. I'm sorry we didn't leave a large surplus of items; guests usually will buy items beyond the normal usage. Grills are not to be used on the premises; it was on the original printout during check-in. We did manage to fix the curtain rods that your party ripped out of the sheetrock and picked up all of the access trash that was left in the yard. I've been in touch with VRBO to request an additional fee for cleaning in regard to how the house was left.

Hi Linda, I apologize about the two twin beds. We did replace those with a queen size bed and will get that picture updated. Otherwise all the beds were exactly the same. We did get a new sectional couch which is much nicer than the two old couches. Other than those two things the house is exactly as the pictures show. Also, we have never had anyone mention that the kitchen was not stocked well. Could you be more specific about what you all needed that we did not have? This would be very helpful. We will definitely take a look at the towels. We just bought new towels about a month before your stay. Could you also be more specific about how the house was not as the pictures show other than the two twin beds? All of this feedback is very useful. Also, we communicated at the very beginning of your stay and I stressed that we live in town and if you needed anything at all to please reach out. I wish we could have gotten you in earlier, but with guests checking out, and having to have a five-bedroom home clean can elapse into the designated check in time at 4:00pm. Ashley, thank you for your feedback! We do have an extra twin bed that is utilized as needed. This wasn't communicated, or we would have been glad to make adjustments. We did have 8 shower towels in the Main bathroom, and 4 towels in the master bathroom, along with 10 washcloths. We don't leave an abundance of supplies due to waste and cost. We try to provide an affordable place for families that have a large family. Our given cost is less than 300.00 a night. That given rate per night in our area will get you a 2-bedroom hotel room. Most people that use all of the given supplies buy additional supplies as needed. All 3 bathrooms were filled with new rolls of toilet paper. With a party of nine, I'm sure you used a lot of supplies. We provide paper towels instead of dish towels, and we have a dishwasher to wash dishes. We use scrubbers for the purpose of washing dishes manually. Thanks Jonathan!
