Excessive use will cause propane tank to run empty and costs $600 to refill. Please only use as needed, do not leave unattended. Turn off when not in use. Spa also will not let the vacuum cleaner run properly. Please allow the system to run during the day. It will cause backup in the system and ruin the pool equipment.
- NOTE: Your Safety Matters Security Cameras. This property features a Nest doorbell and 6 exterior security cameras. 2 cameras are located on the roof and are facing the carport and the driveway. Camera 3 faces the side gate. Camera 4 faces the pool equipment. Camera 5 faces the electrical box. Camera 6 is located on the lower exterior level and is also facing the carport. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras actively record video or sound.
- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- NOTE: No RV hookups are available, no running extension cords for electric vehicles.
- NOTE: Please don't take any amenities from the house to the LAKE including the pool towels.

- NOTE: Due to City Ordinances we cannot go over capacity and guests will be fined for any unlawful conduct and noise violations if police are called out.
