Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.
Please be advised that all guests . By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile
- A security deposit of $250 (see below) will be required
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $250 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
