Walking inside, the bright and airy interior welcomes you with open arms. The spacious living room comes adorned with comfortable seating and a large TV. Steps away, the well-equipped kitchen offers a pleasant spot to play chef amongst the gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Walking throughout the rest of the home, discover both bedrooms - equally cozy with vibrant pops of color and high-quality linens. When you aren't curled up in bed, head for the sunroom, perfect for board game nights and wildlife viewing. Ideal for the kids and for late-night movie viewings, the separate tiny home showcases a foosball table, soft sofa, and large TV. To round out the interior perks, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer, baby gates, and children's games.

Outside, fire up the gas grill to host a sweet summer barbecue before gathering around the firepit for a s'more or two. Within 16 miles of the home, explore Fort Humboldt State Historic Park, Sequoia Park, Sequoia Park Zoo, and the Samoa Dunes Recreation Area.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
In the winter when we have very heavy rains, there is the potential for the access road to flood and make it not passable. (It is impossible to predict when this will happen due to the amount of rain, the tides, and other environmental factors and can vary from year to year). Local staff will monitor the road and keep guests informed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
