Living room has sprawling sectional with minimalist decorating. Children's books/sidewalk chalk and some toys are available. Dog bowls are also available.

We are passionate about providing comfortable and safe homes for travelers. We do ask that you not smoke inside (use ashtrays/trash bins for butts). There will be a $1K fee for smoke remediation if detected.

Pets must be leashed or contained during your stay and please bring sheets/blankets to cover the furniture if your pet is allowed on furniture. Respect our home as if it is yours and follow the few house rules we ask of you. Yes, the cleaners are paid very well but their time is limited so we ask that you help with your trash and gathering dirty linens to the laundry area upon checkout.
