Rear living room door takes you out to the new back deck with gas grill and patio furniture for entertaining. The modern kitchen is immediately to the left upon entering the home and is complete with the new stainless steel appliances. The spacious dining area is open to the living room and kitchen and perfect to enjoy any gathering. The stairs leading to the three bedrooms is to the immediate right when you step though the front door. The master bedroom with King bed and view in to the backyard is the room straight ahead at the end of the staircase. The bedroom immediately to the left has one Queen bed and shares a bathroom with the bedroom next to it, that has two Twin beds. The laundry room is in the hallway on the first floor and has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. All windows are new and have blinds, screens, and are noise reducing to guarantee a relaxing stay while in the city.
