Betreten Sie dieses geräumige dreistöckige Stadthaus, um das offene Wohn-, Esszimmer und die Küche zu öffnen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Rundum-Couch, einen Holzkamin und einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für sechs mit drei weiteren Sitzplätzen in der Nähe der Küchentheke. Auch auf dieser Ebene befinden sich eine halbe Badewanne und Waschmaschine / Trockner sowie Zugang zum Achterdeck. Gehen Sie nach unten zu einem zweiten Wohnbereich mit TV, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Gemeinschaftsbad mit Jet-Badewanne. Jedes Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Die oberste Ebene des Stadthauses verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Fernseher und einem eigenen Bad.

Genießen Sie die Mitgliedschaft im Forest Ridge Club House mit einem Innenpool, einem beheizten Außenpool, Tennisplätzen und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf einen privaten Teich. Loon Mountain ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und am Wochenende und an Feiertagen verkehrt ein Shuttlebus.

Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, had plenty of space, and was priced competitively. Everything worked as expected. Fair warning - the hot water is HOT. The shower handle was still in the blue and was plenty warm, same with the sinks. There was a little musty smell in the entryway and basement, but it wasn't too bad. We'd definitely stay here again.

It was clean, AC was a plus and worked great during some of the hotter days, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The area is very quiet, peaceful and close to the downtown area. We walked to the pool a few times (about 10-15min) which the kids love utilizing. I have used Loon Reservations for many vacations and look forward to returning again!

Location is great, minutes from downtown Lincoln. The outdoor pool was great! Hot tub was unfortunately closed for maintenance during our stay. Only issue we had was that we had no hot water the first night, but the maintenance person was there within 5 minutes of calling and the issue was resolved quickly. Only suggestion would be to provide more than 1 key. And a couple chairs on the check would be nice. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend this property.

The unit had more than enough bathrooms, which made things really convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee pot and toaster, so we had everything we needed to cook and feel at home. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was a big plus!We did have a small issue with the hot water the first night, but we called the 24-hour support line and the problem was resolved right away. Excellent customer service.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Great location - close to all we wanted to do. And the layout was perfect for our party of 8. We were disappointed with broken fireplace - I always specifically search for a property with a gas fireplace.

Loon mountain getaway fun

The rental was very spacious with many bedrooms and bathrooms.It beats a hotel stay anyday. Very cozy atmosphere, very nicely decorated with New Hampshire theme and related to skiing and snowboarding hence on loon mountain. The property is very clean inside and out. Full kitchen with all the utensils you can think of for cooking own meals which is very cost effective for family. Very close to food gas stations, and convenience stores. We stayed here to go to storyland which is about a 45-minute drive, via kancamagus highway, which has spectacular lookout points to view the mountain. It was raining for a little bit that day but the tree limb branches with leaves covered the road and protected the car from the rain. The property is in a great location, and felt like home. We enjoyed it a lot and will be going back as soon as we can.

Great Getaway

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything but tucked away. The property manager is outstanding. The condo itself is roomy and clean. Lots of room to spread out. It has some wear and tear and could use a little TLC (scuffed paint, bent broken radiators, an air hockey table that is destroyed and should be removed.) I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Winter weekend

We had such a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out for 6 adults and 2 children. We ate dinner at The Common Man which was a minute away, and also went to see the Ice Castles which were about 7 min away. Overall, we had a lovely weekend making lots of memories!

Annual Gamily Christmas Tree Trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was exactas listed. 3 levels of tastefully done decor. Four bedrooms with very comfortable king and queen beds. Plenty of room to spread out and ample room for everyone eat meals together. Fully stocked kitchen. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great Space

There were 7 in our group. This 4 bedroom townhouse was perfect. The two older couples stayed in the 2nd floor king size bedrooms with ensuite baths. Our adult children had the basement queens rooms and shared a bath. Two living rooms to spread out made it a perfect place to stay!
