Strandnahes Harbor Island - Panoramablick!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the home clean and well-equipped—those details matter a lot to us, and it’s great to know they made a positive impact on your stay. We also appreciate you pointing out the Ouija board décor. We understand how that could feel out of place, and we’re grateful you brought it to our attention. We’ve since alerted our team to remove it so future guests won’t experience the same concern. We’d love to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you this way and hope to continue creating memorable moments for you.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear the home was clean and that you enjoyed both the space and the location. We’re truly sorry for the issues you encountered with the grill and the heat during your stay. That’s not the level of comfort we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Our team has already arranged for the grill to be replaced and we are working with our HVAC partners to ensure the heating system is performing properly moving forward. Your feedback helps us improve, and we value that you took the time to point out what could have made your stay better. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more seamless experience in the future. Warm regards, TideWatch Vacations
