You'll have an amazing time at this beautiful and relaxing vacation home that is in the water next to Siesta Key. Have fun with all your family and friends at this comfortable beachy home that is just minutes away from the best beach in America. This home is at a great location which is very close to downtown and beaches, with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.


This house sleeps a total of 10 people. 3 bedrooms (one master king sleeping 2 people, another king bedroom that can sleep 2 people, a bunk bed that can sleep 4 people (double bottom bunk, one top bunk, and one trundle), and the living room has a sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 people. 2 full bathrooms, both have showers.
There is self check-in with keypad lock. There is self parking available for free right in the driveway in front of the house.

This space is very calm and relaxing. The layout provides space for friends and family to enjoy their time together.

There is a full kitchen available for your use. It includes all appliances as well as all the necessities you may need for them. The refrigerator will always be stocked with fresh and cold water bottles for our guests. There will also be a basket with snacks. In the cabinets you will find everything you will need for dining and all the baking and cooking utensils you could possibly need.

There is a laundry area in the garage that is available for you to use any time.

There is a TV in the living room and all the other bedrooms that has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ all provided for you.

The home does have wifi which will be provided to you when you book. We provide ultra fast wifi at the speed of 800mbps.

There is a backyard that is fully fenced and has an enjoyable hang out area. There is outdoor patio furniture, tanning beds, games, and a whole spa pool. There is also a bbq grill that is available for you to use and all the utensils needed for it.

This home is on the water and it is also very close drive to the beach. Just minutes away from some of the best beaches in Florida.

Family friendly and close to beaches.

This place was an amazing place to spend time with friends and family. The patio is a nice place to drink your coffee in the mornings and relax after a beach day. The house has everything you need to have a great time and is close to Siesta Key beach, Turtle beach and other attractions.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, enjoyed our stay at this house on the lake. A little disappointed that the lake water was brownish green, but we had no plans to swim! The kitchen cooking tools could use an upgrade from basic to more gourmet cooking utensils.

We were shocked upon our arrival at this rental and the horrible state of disrepair this house was in. In no particular order we found a collapsed railing on the spa tub, a cracked door on the microwave oven (making it unusable because of a legitimate concern of radiation that might be leaking through the crack), a right front burner that wouldn’t shut off even if the knob was in the off position (had to turn it on an off at the breaker box), an open bag of dog food in the garage with rodent feces nearby, a brown stain on the mattress cover, a dead squirrel in the front yard that was there before our arrival, filthy kitchen cabinet shelves, swarming bugs in one kitchen cabinet, a next door neighbor with a permanent pile of junk in their yard, a screened in patio that look like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and that also had a leaking roof, a bedroom wall that looks like a water leak has formed bubbles in the plaster, and that’s just for starters. At one point the AC didn’t work. The HVAC tech that came to do the repair showed me an air filter that was just a dirty as the house was. It was not a “beautiful and relaxing home…next to Siesta Key” but an unsafe, unhealthy, and filthy wreck of a place 5 miles away from the beach. Don’t be fooled like we were by their pictures or the description on the listing and find your family a better place to stay than here.
