Regarding access and communication - our team provides hands-on assistance 24/7 to help our guests in any occasion. We would also like to mention that our team is always available to assist guests during their stay by phone, text message, or email. At no point during your visit were we informed about an issue with the back porch door. Had we been notified, we would have addressed the matter immediately, as we actively maintain our properties and promptly attend to maintenance concerns. In fact, we reviewed the issue after your departure. Additionally, the oven does have handles, and our cleaning service follows high standards to ensure the property is properly cleaned and maintained for every guest.
