AWESOME CONDO

Our big family of 8 (from Tennessee) stayed in Osprey PH5 at the end of October. We had a blast! The condo was great, spacious and clean! Had an issue with WI-FI that took one phone call and about 5 minutes to resolve. The management team is very welcoming and accessible! The amenities are so fun (lazy river, heated pools, hot tubs) and well kept! Thanks so much, our trip was a real blessing! Hope to be back next year!

Girls Trip Success!!

We spent an amazing week in the sunshine and on the water! From the lazy river, beautiful sunsets on the beach, late evening hot tub drinks, great food, and a pontoon boat rental to crab island we passes a good time! Thanks for the great memories! We are definitely going to come again!

Great location on the bay. Easy access to the beach across the road. Amazing lazy river and pool area. Condo was clean and spacious with a wonderful view of the pool and bay. The hot tub on the roof was a wonderful ammenity! The only complaint was the sliding door was hard to open and the outside cushions could use refreshing. Overall beautiful place, great location close to pier and restaurants. Would stay again!

We love this property. You don't even have to leave, if you don't want too. The unit is always clean. We usually have 8 people and is roomy enough for all. We especially love the rooftop private deck with our own hot tub and grill. It's a very relaxing vacation.

My Family had a great stay and made so many memories to last a lifetime. We used the pools, the beach and had fun playing games in the condo. My daughter and Son in Law went to see Alanis Morriset and we all went to the waterpark, mini golf, Parlor Donuts, The Donut Hole, Dolphin Cruise,and Escape Room. The area has so much to do for all ages. A great surprise was watching the fireworks and military planes on the roof top. We will be back for sure.

Very clean PH!

This is my second time in PH5 and it did not disappoint. Clean and exactly what we needed for the week. The only upgrade suggestions for the PH price would be updated/nonstick pans (but if you donā€™t cook then the current pans are great), additional lounger set on upper deck and new chair cushions on lower deck.Otherwise, I canā€™t think of one thing to change!

Family spring break

We had a wonderful time at Destin West. There was a slight hiccup with the hot tub that was completely out of their control but they handled everything quickly and were apologetic about the inconvenience. The check out process was the easiest Iā€™ve encountered yet which is a huge bonus! We would absolutely recommend this for any families!

Rented this unit for my daughter's 17th birthday, and it was simply AMAZING! This beautiful penthouse was equipped with everything we could possibly need, it was immaculate, the view from our private roof and balcony was stunning, and we had the absolute best time! This was such a great experience that there is no doubt we will reserve this unit again if the opportunity arises. We're locals, but it's so nice to feel and be treated like a guest, and Coastal Vibes and the owners of this unit did the best job of making us feel special! ALL THE STARS!!!

This is our 2nd stay at Destin West. We absolutely loved watching the sunrises on the rooftop and the lazy river! The grill & hot tub on the roof were great as well. We were looking at the neighbors hot tubs and we feel ours was the best out of the bunch that we could see. It's a jacuzzi brand.Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Washer and dryer were great to have. TV is a bit small in the primary bedroom.Dishes in kitchen were adequate and there are so many utensils at your disposal. Every kitchen gadget is there.If you plan on grilling or cooking anything during your stay, bring or buy all of your seasonings. Not one in the kitchen. We've stayed at other places where there were some. Not a reason to not stay there though. The pool noise was a little loud for us but that's our thing not the hosts. I dont understand why the property management doesn't stream the poolside music? It sounded like a radio station with commercials. Or maybe they don't upgrade to commercial free on their streaming service? That was a little annoying. It's on from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.The bunk bed room we didn't use but would be very cute for young children.Hosts directions/communication were good. Did not have to contact them at all during our stay as we had no issues. Their emails and texts regarding property were self explanatory. The only thing that really needs an upgrade is the furniture on the balcony and rooftop.Enjoyed our stay and would recommend PH05!
