Welcome to Coyote Run Refuge, a split-level residence nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood in Truckee. Upon crossing the threshold, the tasteful design and woodsy serenity immediately catch your eye. Taking a few steps up the staircase, you'll find yourself in an open-concept living area. The upper floor offers a cool escape with air conditioning, adding another layer of comfort to this beautiful home.
The kitchen features granite countertops that glisten under natural daylight, a central island featuring bar-style seating, and a collection of stainless steel appliances promising a delightful cooking experiences. Adjacent to the kitchen, the living room offers a comforting retreat. Plush furnishings, a large sleek flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace combine to create an inviting atmosphere. A practical balcony extends from this space, setting the stage for enchanting barbeque evenings beneath a starlit sky. In the colder months, the dining area serves as a sanctuary of warmth and charm.
