Seagrove Palace mit Pool-Wasserfall, Strandnah

Kim, hearing that everything came together the way it should is exactly what a host hopes for. The space is ready whenever you want to return.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad the home was clean, check-in and check-out were easy, and the space worked well for your family. We’re sorry for the trouble with the downstairs toilets and appreciate your patience while they came back into working order. We’d be happy to host you again.

Thank you for staying. Glad the high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, sparkling pool, stocked bedrooms/bathrooms, and golf cart helped make your vacation enjoyable. Appreciate the note about our responsiveness — we aim to go above and beyond. We’d love to host you again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear that your overall impression of Seagrove Palace was that it’s a very nice property, and we appreciate you recognizing the home’s space and layout. We’re truly sorry, though, that the home was not properly cleaned before your arrival and that your group had to thoroughly clean the bathrooms yourselves before everyone arrived. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you’re arriving for a group stay and should be able to settle in and enjoy the home right away. Your comments about the cleaning service are important to us, and we’ll be sharing them with our local team so they can review the cleaning standards and address the concerns with the appropriate team. We also appreciate your feedback about the bunk beds. We understand that they may be better suited for children than adults, and we’ll keep your comments in mind as we continue working to make the sleeping arrangements as clear as possible for future guests. We do wish we had known about the cleaning concerns while you were still staying with us. If you had reached out at the time, we would have been happy to send our local team to inspect the home, address the bathrooms, and do everything we could to find a resolution and make your stay more comfortable. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing to stay at Seagrove Palace.

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback about your stay. I'm glad it was a fun visit and everyone enjoyed themselves.
