The hostess quickly responded to a few situations that came up, and she remedied them right away. The condo is exactly as described, and is located by the pool, which was convenient. The condo was fully equipped. We enjoyed our two week stay there.

Super location right near PGA Blvd and near the gardens mall. Condo was perfect! Clean and great layout. They provided soap, paper goods, shampoo and laundry needs! The communication was excellent!!! The complex is awesome! Pool, hot tub and great workout room. They even left us a welcome gift! Close to two Publix grocery stores as well. Lots of restaurants within 5 mins as well as shopping. We stayed for a tennis tournament and the facility was only 7 mins away. Great hosts!

This property was perfect for our trip. We were close to beaches and shopping and other points of interest. This particular condo is basically poolside which was a nice plus. We went on evening walks around the lake. Parking is easy and stress free with a reserved spot. We had everything we needed to cook “ at home” and we used the grills in the pool area as well. Lisa and Francesco were easy to communicate with.

Balm beach gardens condo

The unit was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true home away from home. The common grounds were just as impressive - perfect for peaceful walk. The large pool was a great spot to unwind, and the exercise facility was very well equipped.One of the biggest highlights was discovered of Juno Beach, just a short 12 minute drive away. We were genuinely surprised by how stunning the water was.Overall, this was a wonderful, and we would definitely choose this condo again for a future visit

This was a great place to stay! We were in town for a soccer tournament and the location was really close. We had lots of choices for meals and really close to great shopping. The beds were comfy. The heated pool and hot tub were right across from house. We hope to be back next year and will definitely stay here again. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Issues

The property was as advertised in the photos. My issues were as follows: 1.The owner gave us the wrong code to enter the complex, and the phone provided us to receive the code from the entrance gate, didn't work even when given the correct code. Not nice at 1:00 AM. The building supervisor easily corrected this the next day, and the code rang directly into our own cellphones. 2. The owner would not provide a key to his mailbox (we weren't told this in advance), and told us to go pick up our mail at the Post Office. This required a minimal 20 minute wait plus driving time, each time. 3. The owner has his own contract for the renter to sign in addition to the one provided by VBRO. This contract is totally one sided and, in my opinion, relieves the owner of all liability, even if he is at fault. My insurance could not collect from him, as I understood the contract. I signed because we were late getting a unit. 4. I do not like leaving a 100% deposit 8-9 months in advance, although this may be VBRO's policy, not the owners. I was also charged a $67 "transaction fee" because the check was run through Finland??. I was reimbursed this by my bank.

Thank you for your feedback. We will address the review comments below: 1. The entry code was in fact correct, and was not being entered correctly - unfortunately, we can control human error. The guest was provided support immediately and gained access within minutes. 2. This is our vacation home and therefore we have all mail re-routed to our permanent address - use of the mail box is therefore a challenge. This would be the case in most Vacation Rentals. The post office is a 5 min drive from the condo and we cannot control line-ups at the post office. Most renters make their own arrangements regarding mail. 3. We have a standard lease agreement that we use and send via email so that both parties can sign. When the guest shared a concern about the lease agreement, we reassured him that he was not obligated to proceed with the rental if he did not feel comfortable. He signed it immediately and proceeded with the booking anyway. We have never had any concerns raised about this in the past. In terms of payment - this guest paid through the VRBO website and all issues with fees or reimbursement has nothing to do with us. He states that the property was as advertised in the photos, but unfortunately, doesn't elaborate about the actual accommodations, amenities, and proximity to great local cuisine and activities which is what most potential renters are looking to read about. We would happy to answer any questions in reference to this review.

Entspricht in kleinster Weise der Beschreibung

Es war einfach nur in die Jahre gekommen - das Geschirr war schmutzig - das zweite Bad ist mini, hat einen furchtbaren Duschvorhang und keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit für Kosmetik etc. - die Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig - auf dem Handtuch Blutflecke - der Trockner verschmutzt - die Hälfte der Lsmpen funktionieren nur zum Teil - eine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher fehlte - ein Fernseher hatte eine defekte Empfangsbox - unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster brummt in regelmäßigen Abständen die Klimaanlage des Untermieters - der Zug hupt die ganze Nacht durch - das Besteck war verschmiert Die Vermieterin hat sich gekümmert und versucht den Fernseher mit Fernbedienung und Router zu versehen, die sind bis zum letzten Tag nicht eingetroffen Mit viel Gepäck ist diese Wohnung unerreichbar, sie liegt im ersten Stock mit einer steilen Treppe zu erreichen und in der Wohnung selbst ebenfalls zwei Treppen um den Wohnraum zu erreichen. Der Strand ist mind 30 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ein Gemeinschaftspool hinter einem Zaun Das hat mit Luxuswohnung überhaupt nichts zu tun.

We made our home available for guests who were displaced due to hurricane Ian and its unfortunate that they took advantage of our kindness. I believe their claims demonstrate that they are unreasonable and irrational. Please note they did not send one picture to us backing up any of their claims and we were not able to confirm the validity of them. They demanded money back but still chose to stay the entire time. As always we respond and take action immediately to address our guests concerns/questions. Its a fairly new building and the stairs meet the Florida building code. Google maps states that there are 2 beaches nearby, one 11 min away and the other is 17min away. Also, our complex is known for having one of the best pools in the neighborhood (gated for privacy and security of guests). Amazon delivered an amazon firestick within 24hours of requesting it (for the spare tv in guest bedroom). Amazon sent us a picture indicating it was delivered. The guests denied receiving it. These guests did not take care of our home and left windows open all day during pouring rain and our new drapes were stained as a result. We take great pride in our home and renovated it last Christmas (new paint, updated bathrooms, new pottery barn carpets and linen drapes). Our pictures truly reflect the care we take in creating a clean and tranquil environment.

My wife and I stumbled across La Dolce Villa several years ago and decided to give it a try. We have returned every year, once in Dec. and again in April. We could go on and on about this "perfect" location without one negative. Probably the negative would be that we'd like to go more and stay longer but can't. It has all the amenities any vacationer could ask for. It is clean, gated and walking distance to shopping, dining and grocery. The owners are very helpfull and make your stay a pleasure. We highly recommend this condo......just please don't beat us to it !

Everything for a home away from home and more.

We stayed at this location for the first week in October 2013 and had a wonderful time. The condo was bigger than what we thought it would be from the photo's which was great. Everything was there that you would need and it was in a great spot, near to the shops and malls and its location was spot on for the pool and the gym. The pool was nice and quiet and a good size to do some swimming and the gym was well equipped and is available 24hrs. We tend to enjoy staying at different places when we head over to the States however this place will be most definitely favorited and we will be returning.

Luxury nest in the heart of shopping heaven.

This really is "la Dolce villa"in which you can live "la dolce vita". Most importantly the photos and description are really representative of what you get. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and has all you could want or need.The washer and dryer were useful.It also looks as if Lisa has updated furnishings since, so brand new Queen beds and bedlinens. We stayed two weeks in April when the weather was comfortably warming,we could start the day with a coffee on the small balcony and watch the dog walkers.Its a very pretty development with all the amenities, the pool was lovely on an afternoon and we played tennis one evening (not very well!) The best part was being able to stroll around the corner to the supermarket, Michaels,Pier one,Barnes and Noble, shoe shop etc and walk back with purchases, so no pressure for the men to come too! ( It was pleasant to spot the snapping turtles in the lake while walking past). We were two couples and two teenagers...everyone was happy. It is very easy to get to the best shopping in that area of Florida,the cinema was nearby, we went to two different beaches for walks and picnics, both with good amenities. We even visited the science museum(under renovation and not worth a visit until it's finished). Some of our party travelled up by rail from Miami airport which was easy too. The owners were welcoming and helpful, the whole payment and breakage refund was easy,...it really met all expectations and I would highly recommend La Dolce Villa.

Excellent stay!!

My husband and I, along with another couple spent a week at La Dolce Villa. It was clean and spacious! The kitchen provided the basic necessities to cook if you wanted to stay in. Also,all amenities are located right across the street (Publix, Total Wine, and various dining options) which made it very convenient to do some grocery shopping. The mall is also located across the street where you can find just about any store! The pool access was steps from the entrance of the condo and there were towels and pool noodles located in the front closet to use during our stay. All in all, we had a great experience at La Dolce Villa and we will definitely return!

Gorgeous. Spotless. Great Location. No Problems.

My wife and I (both late 20's) decided to stay at the Dolce Villa for our vacation to Palm Beach. I have vacationed in Florida (Miami, St. Petersburg, Pompano, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Orlando, Naples, etc,) twice a year almost all of my life so I am very familiar with Florida and I knew that Palm Beach Gardens is a great up and coming place to vacation for young couples, young families, and the young at heart. The booking was simple and everything was ready for us upon arrival to just sit back and enjoy our stay. The condo was spotless, large enough for another couple/family to have come with us. The pool is steps away from the condo and the balcony in the condo overlooks the pool so I could keep an eye on my pool stuff while I was cooking lunch. The condo comes with all the amenities, kitchen, 2 baths, TV, wireless internet (great because I was using my magicjack app to stay in touch with work), floaters for the pool and beach. We went to the beach a couple of times (its about 5min drive from the condo), toured the many restaurants in the area (many within walking distance), had great ice cream at a ice cream bar just around the corner from the condo, and shopped whenever we couldn't handle the sun any longer. It was great that the condo has a BBQ for the nights we stayed in which is rare. All in all renting the Dolce Villa was a great experience; I have already decided to stay there again the next time my wife and I decide to go to Florida and I have recommended it to friends. Do it. You won't regret it.

We have been traveling to Florida every year since we were children. We have stayed in many different cities in the state, and decided Palm Beach Gardens was the best fit for us. We are professionals who work hard and like to enjoy the tropical breezes, sunsets, palm trees and laid back lifestyle of sunny Florida at least 2ce a year. We have 2 children who grew up thoroughly enjoying all the activities the area has to offer.

When you arrive you can easily forget about your day-to-day stresses and just relax by the most amazing pool area in town. The neighbourhood is very safe and offers so many options for fun vacation activities. The heated pool is very large and the landscaping is lush and luxurious.

We take a lot of pride in our home away from home and recently renovated, re-painted and furnished it with beautiful, luxurious furniture so that our guests can fall in love the way we did! Come for a visit soon!
