Indulge in your own private slice of paradise at this gorgeous Outer Banks oasis. Boasting an unbeatable location 1000 feet from the beach, this beautiful home comes complete with a private pool, hot tub, furnished outdoor areas, and a billiards table for endless pleasure and leisure.

Fill your days with sun-soaked fun around the private pool or grab your gear for an easy stroll down to the neighborhood beach access point at the end of the cul-de-sac. The home is equipped with a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and saltwater. The private hot tub provides the perfect place to start or end each day with a soothing dip.

Inside, relax in the main-floor living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV, or challenge friends and family to a few rounds of pool in the downstairs game room. A wet bar, fridge, and dishwasher are equipped for mixing up your favorite happy hour libations. There's also a second smart TV in the game room for flexible home entertainment. The open-concept kitchen showcases a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space for easy meal planning and prep. Seating options include a breakfast bar along with indoor and outdoor dining tables. All bedrooms on the second and third floors feature direct balcony access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
