"DemmMarsh-Uns" is a second row coastal oasis calling your name! Offering 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 modern bathrooms, and your very own private elevator, pool, and Endless Views!
Inside, you will find a bright and airy, popular inverted floor plan that is filled with nautical vibes and natural lighting. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a secondary living area with a large sofa and flat screen TV, and two large covered balconies ideal for taking in the view. Going upstairs you will find a large, spacious open floor plan that boasts natural lighting and breathtaking views. The well-stocked kitchen offers updated stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and a large kitchen island making it easy to entertain and prepare meals. The living room is completed with an oversized sectional sofa with a large flat screen TV perfect for a cozy movie night after a busy sun filled day in the sun. The large master bedroom is located off of the living room offering a peaceful private oasis. On the second floor you will also find the laundry room and a half bath offering convenience for everyone. With two large decks you are able to not only have views of the ocean, but also captivating views of the marsh, ICWW, Shallotte River, and Shallotte Inlet; views like no other.
Accommodating up to 10 guests you will find that all four bedrooms are updated with your comfort in mind. Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor with a king bed, balcony access, and TV. Bedroom #2 offers two twin / twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and balcony access with a shared hall bathroom with bedroom #1. Bedroom #3 offers a king bed, TV, balcony access, with a semi private bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor and offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with a beautiful double vanity sink, and large walk-in shower - and, of course, direct balcony access.
Outside, take a refreshing dip in your large, private pool or lounge with your favorite book in hand. You will be pleased to find a half bath located under the carport as well as an enclosed outdoor shower for your convenience. The charcoal grill will be perfect for outdoor entertaining making a meal to enjoy by the pool. There is a guest storage area perfect for storing your chairs, or beach equipment out of the weather. After a long day relax with a much needed ice cold beverage and soak up fabulous views from one of your many balconies. This will truly become your paradise.
