Welcome To The SayLaVie- fully remodeled home with a beautiful salt water pool.
This home sleeps 6 people in beds and another 2 people (mattress).
Minutes away from the country's top beaches, including #1 rated Siesta Key Beach (20 min).

Our stunning tropical oasis of a pool area features a Pool, sun shelves with umbrella for lounging and outside shower.
Directly off this pool area you will find the outdoor living space with plenty of seating, Dining, roofed BBQ Grill and cozy gazebo.

The space
Fully remodeled two-story house, prepared for 8 people. Enjoy a fully stocked brand new kitchen equipped with all new appliances, cooking utensils, cookware and a variety seasons/spices.
Sleeping area is located on the second floor. You will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You can cook outside on the grill, while you will enjoy sun by the pool or 2 gazebos. We provide fresh, new linens, all towels, basics soaps, and all cleaning supplies.
Don't forget to check the shed for your beach necessities including beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. The house features bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment both outside and inside.

The space
Downstairs:
Full Kitchen plus Dining with all necessary utensils and cookware, with 3 bar stools.
Dining room has a counter table with 4+ stools with entrance to the pool.
Living room no 1 has large red leather corner sofa with cup holders and & 55 inch Smart TV. It has a bar equipped with glasses. You will have another entrance to the pool.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 has a King sized bedroom set with mirror and a clothing rack plus desk.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen sized bedroom set and 2 big closets, free standing mirror and 2 chairs with small coffe table (plus Queen build in pump mattress)
Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed, big closet and 2 chairs with a coffe table.
Play Room has a beautiful sofa with chairs and TV.

Full Bathroom upstairs: Shower. with toilet.Entrance between Bedroom 1 and 3.
Full Bathroom downstairs: Shower with toilet. Entrance from Dining room, next to the pool entrance.

Pool has 2 entrances; from Dining room and from Living room. There is additional shower outside close to the pool.
Pool large Umbrella with heavy base and 6 blue Lounges.
Some pool floats and toys in the brown shed.
The pool is heated October-May

Patio: Entrance from the Dining room- has a new large wood Gazebo with furniture.
There is another Gazebo with Dining table with 4 Chairs and one more Roofed Gazebo with BBQ grill.

Guest access
The entire house and private backyard with a pool with the exception of rooms designated for storages.
