Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Beach Blue Properties has always been a great experience. They are always prompt and courteous. This unit is our favorite place to stay in Baytowne, and we have stayed here at least once a year for the past 10 years.

We just got home from a week there and everything was great! The condo is beautiful and the balcony was outstanding. It’s off season so we didn’t expect there to be much of a crowd and there wasn’t. It was so nice! All the food, at all the restaurants in the village, is outstanding! There isn’t a bad place. We loved Roberto’s pizza! Unfortunately it’s too late in the season to see the fireworks. We did get to see the Wednesday concert last night though and we loved it! It was so much fun just sitting on the balcony with our own drinks and carry out orders, listening to music. The only minor issue could be the noise of the little street below. I read all the reviews so I expected it, but I could see it getting pretty annoying during peak season. Overall, we loved it and would love to return!

Nice property and great location. It was nice to have a full kitchen and to spend time relaxing on the huge balcony. Convenient for accessing everything in Baytowne Wharf. Also nice for exploring the surrounding area (Panama City, Grayton Beach Destin).

We had the perfect location with a circular balcony that we could see in three directions. We were up high enough to escape the hustle and bustle when we needed a break and high enough to have a little privacy. It was perfect for us.

Property looked just like the pictures! We loved hanging on the balcony. We had a great view of the Tuesday night fireworks and loved the easy access to the the restaurants and shops. We took the tram to the beach one day and it was so easy to do.

We really liked this condo. It had a great view and was close to all the action. It gets loud late but not Bourbon Street late.

Perfect View

We really enjoyed our vacation at 552 Observation Point. Our host was very helpful and welcoming and the online check-in and checkout was great. Sunsets from this balcony are outstanding and the activities below kept us entertained. Not a quiet spot but a fun one!

This area is very nice. Being a former resident of Panama City I never went to Baytowne Wharf. It is a very nice village atmosphere.This unit was very nice and had all necessary items in it.

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed the view and the room a lot. We did bring a lot of paper products of our own thankfully, but everything else was provided! The kitchen did lack a few things for cooking a large meal, but for a vacation spot was awesome!

Perfect location!!

We bring the kids for vacation every year. This year, by far was the best as far as where this condo is located. It over looks the entire village. Perfect balcony to have coffee, dinner, or just relax and enjoy the live music or events going on right below you!!
