This single-story home boasts a prime location for beach-goers, with the Navarre Beach Bridge only four blocks south. Within two miles, you can be lounging on the white sand of Navarre Beach, dropping a line from the fishing pier, or kayaking and paddleboarding in the Gulf of Mexico.

The home's outdoor spaces were designed for making the most of the balmy Florida weather. Pull up a stool to the built-in pool bar and watch your kids splash away, or kick back in a lounge chair and indulge in an afternoon nap. In the evenings, gather around the backyard firepit for s'mores and stories, play cards and share dessert on the screened porch, or open the garage door for a family Ping-Pong or foosball tournament.

The interior is bright and breezy, with welcome pops of color adding charm and whimsy throughout. There's a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area that opens to the screened porch, and a sunny living room with a cable TV. Other home essentials include comfortable bedrooms with TVs, central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
