Casa Gio at Las Conchas is a beautiful and spacious custom home with contemporary beach-style decorations. This house is perfect for a big group of family/friends getaway. It has amazing views of the ocean and it is only 5-8 minutes/200 meters walking distance from the beach. It sleeps 16 people comfortably. Large spacious lower patio with a beautiful private pool and bbq area with sink. The house also has a second seating area on the spacious upper terrace.
5 Bedrooms, 4 Full Bathrooms, 2 Half Bathrooms, 2 Car Garage, and Plenty of Additional Secure Gated Parking on the Side.
There is one Master Bedroom with King Bed & Full Bathroom on the Upper Level, and 4 Bedrooms on the Lower Main Level, 3 of which have King Beds, and the other has 3 Bunk Beds (Full Mattresses on the bottom and Twin Mattresses on the top). There are 3 Full Bathrooms on the Lower Main Level. There is a Half Bathroom adjacent to the Kitchen on the Upper Level, and a Half Bathroom outside by the pool. The Upper Level has a full kitchen with all the essentials, a large gathering family room and dining area, and multiple sliding doors that open to the expansive terrace outside with great views, seating areas, and another outside dining area/table.
Guests will be able to access the entire space, except for 3 owners' closets, and the roof access due to solar panels and for safety. There are new Large/High capacity washer and dryers available for use also. Pets are allowed with extra fee ($100/pet) and subject to following pet rules for property in addition to neighborhood/city laws

Renters will NOT be allowed to bring these vehicles into Las Conchas, nor will they be allowed to park them at the Guard Gate. Violators, who do so, risk impoundment of the vehicle(s) and prosecution by the local police. These vehicles brought in by renters or visitors, with or without Las Conchas stickers, will be refused entry at the Guard Gate. Violators who by-pass the Guard Gate do so at the risk of impoundment of the vehicle(s) and prosecution by the local police.
- CONSERVE WATER AT ALL TIMES. Homes in Las Conchas are fed by water storage tanks which can run dry without warning during peak busy season.
- NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE PROPERTY. Please be respectful to the property and leave it better than you found it. Any cigarette butts or burns found on the property grounds will be subject to a fine.
- FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY or anywhere within Las Conchas.
- NO ATV's/UTV's/SxS's/JET SKIS. Notice to Renters about Recreational Toys: The Las Conchas Homeowners’ Association Rules prohibit renters from bringing ATV’s, UTV/SxS’s, dune buggies, dirt bikes, rails or wave runner/jet skis into the Las Conchas community. Renters will NOT be allowed to bring these vehicles into Las Conchas, nor will they be allowed to park them at the Guard Gate. Violators, who do so, risk impoundment of the vehicle(s) and prosecution by the local police. These vehicles brought in by renters or visitors, with or without Las Conchas stickers, will be refused entry at the Guard Gate. Violators who bypass the Guard Gate do so at the risk of impoundment of the vehicle(s) and prosecution by the local police.
- LIVE MUSIC GROUPS are not allowed on the property out of respect for our neighbors.
- BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. Please control excessive noise, or any other form of unacceptable behavior inconsistent with a family community. Loud music and excessive noise is not permitted after 10:00pm.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of the house including visitors is 16. If the number of people exceeds you could forfeit your deposit and risk having to leave the property if too many guests arrive.
- BEACH RULES (Prescribed by Federal Maritime & Land Zone Office): NO VEHICLES permitted on beach (security team excepted), NO GLASS or BREAKABLE CONTAINERS permitted on beach, DO NOT LITTER! Bag your trash and deposit it in trash bin at your rental, NO BONFIRES OR GRILLS on beach, FIREWORKS ARE FORBIDDEN.
- PET FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN RATES AND ARE EXTRA ($100/pet)
- CITY PET ORDINANCES: The City of Puerto Peñasco, which includes Las Conchas, has set the following ordinances: Pet owners are obligated to keep pets within their own property, All pets must be collared and leashed when in public areas such as streets, parks, and beaches (subject to fines of up to $700USD/14,000MXN)., Pet owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet's waste, In the event of an attack on a person or property, the Animal Control Department is obligated to keep the pet in an observation state for 15 days.
- Respect Speed Limit, No Parking and ALL other Posted Signage.
- Early Check-In has to be confirmed by me first, and will be at a rate of $25/hr/early access. I cannot give you early check-in until one day prior to your arrival and only if I do not have guests leaving the same day.
