As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by the warmth of the beautiful tongue and groove cottage ceiling, which runs throughout the entire home. The kitchen, located to your right, is fully equipped with modern black stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, an air fryer stove, and a pot filler above the stove for ultimate convenience. A premium Keurig coffee machine with a milk frother and a coffee filter attachment is also provided, so you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee.
This beautiful retreat offers the ultimate in comfort and health, with a state-of-the-art RainSoft water filtration system that provides the purest and softest water for your body. The separate faucet next to the main one dispenses the highest quality reverse osmosis water for hydrating and cooking. The upstairs washer is designed with an O3 water infuser, which washes your clothes without the need for detergent, making it better for the environment and your skin. The HVAC system has also been treated to ensure that the air in the home is pure and healthy, so you can breathe easy.
The living room is the perfect place to gather with family and friends, with charming design elements such as handmade tractor seat barstools, an ottoman, bench, and a 1920's imported antique barn door that transport you to the French countryside. We provide basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. We also provide fresh linens and towels, so no need to bring your own.
The townhouse is equipped with high-speed internet and a smart TV, so you can stay connected or catch up on your favorite shows.
We provide a starter kit of toiletries, toilet paper, and paper towels. For extended stays, guests will need to purchase additional supplies.
Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. *BED LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR COUCH OR SOFA BEDS, IF YOU NEED LINENS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED BEFORE 5PM (as long as the request is accepted) EXTRA LINENS ARE $25 EXTRA PER SET*
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am. For the cleaner to have time to prepare for the next guest properly, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being entirely off of the property with keys in the required location. The guest agrees to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time.
If late check-out is required, please confirm with the host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by the host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.
PROPERTIES WITH STAIRS: Please use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, children will need to be accompanied when using stairs, if there are any hazards please report them before using stairs.
PROPERTIES WITH BACKYARD/FRONT YARD: The yards are on a maintenance schedule however, there can be hazards like glass, cacti, sand spurs, construction debris, etc placed that has not been acknowledged. Please wear shoes and watch where you step. Please check yard for pets.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.
AGE: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 18.
SHOES: Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home.
WILD ANIMALS/PESTS: Some properties are near large bodies of water, swamp, or areas where wild animals roam. While visiting Florida please be mindful we do have tropical bugs — mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, wood roaches, no seeums, etc. While we do actively treat for pests you may encounter a few critters during your stay. If the doors are left open, you will most likely allow these creatures in the home. As much as we’d love a critter free home sometimes it’s just not possible. Let us know if you’ve encountered anything that may alarm you!
SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed at this property.
EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited.
REPORTING DAMAGE: The guest agrees to keep the Property in the same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture, or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy. If guest fails to address these issues within (1) hour they forfeit the right to request a refund, as the guest did not allow the host an opportunity to correct issues. Host will attempt to correct issue, and if it's not correct the guest will have an option to move to another property suggested by host and if the host is unable to provide alternative housing, airbnb will assist.
