Set on 1 hectare of landscaped grounds, the villa features a stunning south-facing swimming pool (12 x 5 m), ideal for relaxing all day under the Côte d’Azur sun.
With 180 m² of living space, the villa is fully air-conditioned and accessible to guests with reduced mobility, offering seamless indoor–outdoor living and high-end comfort throughout.

Depending on the season, Saint-Tropez, the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, Cannes, and other destinations are easily accessible by sea from Sainte-Maxime thanks to regular tourist boat services.
