Start your day enjoying the sunrise overlooking a pristine private lake from the large multi-level deck. You are welcomed the moment you enter with a bright open concept recently renovated cottage that boosts vaulted ceilings and a panoramic view of the lake. With 250’ of shoreline, explore your surroundings by paddling around the lake by canoe, paddleboard or kayak. Enjoy an evening fire by the lake, soak in the hot tub, steam in the sauna, or sit back and take in a night sky full of stars.
Ideal for large families or up to 3 couples, (sleeps up to 6) there are countless indoor and outdoor entertaining options for everyone. The large, multi-level deck provides a stunning view of the lake and includes plenty of seating and dining options (with BBQ) as well as a 6 person hot tub, sauna and screened in porch.
From the deck, follow the granite stairs to the lakeside fire pit and a dock large enough for everyone to enjoy and lounge the day away or jump into the lake. Canoe, kayaks and a stand-up paddle board are provided and perfect for exploring the clear blue waters of our lake.
Feeling competitive? The games room is a separate, 1400sq ft building that includes ping pong, pool table, darts, board games and a lounge area. A second fridge can also be found in the space.
The recently renovated cottage offers 2 bedrooms and a loft (accessible by a permanent built-in ladder) - all with queen beds. Bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and includes all the dishes and cutlery that you will need. Coffee maker and tea kettle can be found in the coffee bar along with ground coffee, assorted teas, sugar and sweetener.
The living space includes a woodstove, sectional and chairs with a smart TV if you choose to log into your media accounts. Wifi is provided via Starlink satellite. Full bathroom with tub/shower, vanity, and toilet as well as washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.
Located right beside Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) trails – easily accessible from our property with many destination stops to enjoy.
We have a drilled well and the water from the tap is potable (drinkable). Driveway provides plenty of parking for multiple vehicles.
