Buckingham cabin #2 is a freshly built cabin that sits right on Summersville Lake. With its hand crafted, detailed woodwork and spacious layout, it is sure to please and make your Lake getaway one to remember. Although Buckingham cabin #1 & 2 properties both join Summerville Lake property, there's no direct access to the lake. Buckingham cabin 1 & 2 sit side by side, with yet enough yard space between the two cabins for privacy. Making both cabins the perfect place to book for multiple families to vacation together. Wanting to do more than just sit at the cabin and enjoy the views of the lake and hearing all the fun being had on the lake? Well, driving distance to beach access and boat launches are only a mile away. The famous ice cream shop (Fat Eddie's) is within walking distance. There, they also offer paddle board and kayak rentals. This spacious cabin is a short distance from endless fun. Boating, swimming, hiking trails, lighthouse tours, New River Gorge National Park, zip lining, white water rafting, rock climbing, and so much more. Then after a long day of adventure, kick back and relax in the new 5 person hot tub. While this cabin is themed with beautiful woodwork and gives you the rustic cabin feel, it also provides you with up to date amenities. In the kitchen, you should find everything you need for preparing your favorite meal in the line of cookware and accessories. A double door refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, overhead microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a queen bed in each. 2 queen beds in the loft, and a sofa queen bed in the living room. All linens are provided for those as well.
A new washer and dryer in the laundry room. All you should need to bring with you is food and clothing. The whole family or any group of friends can hang out in the spacious living room, kick back in the loft with a good book while beautiful views of the lake are in front of you , relax on the large deck while grilling and watching the kids run in the yard, or enjoy telling stories by the fire pit. This cabin is the perfect setting for family and friends, both near and far, to be together. There's parking for vehicles and a boat. Both Buckingham cabins are easily accessible from the main rd by car, truck, suv, motorcycle, etc, and are only 2 miles from US Rt 19.
