Wake up for an early morning surf or sleep in and walk down to the beach to get some sun. Our home is the perfect perch for you to pause and enjoy all Hermosa Beach has to offer!

The Space:
Welcome to your new home in the heart of Hermosa Beach! This gorgeous studio apartment boasts all the amenities you need to live the SoCal lifestyle to the fullest.

As soon as you step inside, you will feel right at home. The spacious and comfortable king bed is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring the area. And with the ocean just down the block, you can wake up and walk right out to see some of the most stunning ocean views!

The studio unit features one bathroom that is clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials. There is also a charming, private backyard patio where you can enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather!

With heating & AC from a mini split unit, you'll stay comfortable all year round, no matter what the weather brings. With a shared washer and dryer located in the garage, you'll never have to worry about finding a laundromat.

One parking spot (small/medium vehicle only) located on the driveway.

Hermosa Beach is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area, and it's easy to see why. With its perfect weather, gorgeous beaches, and vibrant nightlife, this area has it all. Take a stroll along the famous Hermosa Pier, or relax on the sandy shores of the beach. You'll find plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore, and the nearby Pacific Coast Highway makes it easy to venture out and explore even more of Southern California.

You can absolutely drive around but parking in the area is limited.
Please note that there are some shared walls because the unit is in an apartment building. Although we have made efforts to reduce sound transfer, there may be some sound transfer from neighbors.

We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Property Notes:
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Hermosa Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

The Neighborhood:
Our beautiful Hermosa Beach is known for its picturesque beaches, vibrant downtown area, and abundance of outdoor activities.

During the summer months, the waters are warm and the waves are perfect for anyone looking to learn to surf as well as the more experienced surfers. They're also great for those who may not be as familiar with the waves and prefer boogie boarding. You'll find the locals passing time at the beach volleyball courts and along the paved path for biking and rollerblading along the shore.

In the downtown area, you'll find a bunch of charming local shops, delicious restaurants, and fun bars. There's something for everyone, whether you're looking for a chill beach hang out or an upscale dining experience. The Hermosa Beach Pier is another great attraction, offering stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area.

Around the holidays, there are so many fabulous festive events and activities to enjoy in Hermosa Beach. The city hosts an annual tree lighting ceremony, as well as a holiday parade and a beach bonfire. You can also ice skate at the outdoor rink at Pier Plaza, or go on a holiday lights boat tour to see the beautifully decorated homes along the coast. It's truly a great place around the holidays. If you have kids, Hermosa Beach & the neighboring town of Manhattan Beach host the sweetest & most magical holiday activities.

In addition to all the fun things to do in Hermosa Beach, the city is also conveniently located near a ton of other great parts of SoCal. You can take a day trip to Los Angeles to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Griffith Observatory, or the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Or, head to Santa Monica to check out the world-famous Santa Monica Pier and Third Street Promenade.

Getting Around:
Locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Hermosa Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.

We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable during your stay and are available as much or as little as needed throughout your stay. We are happy to provide local recommendations throughout your stay!
