Beautiful Family Lake House

30 minutes from downtown Omaha. Short drive to the interstate and then a straight shot to the College Worlds Series, Old Market and the #1 Zoo in the U.S. Less than 10 minutes from Werner Park.

This lake house was fully remodeled in '21 & has so many unique features! Features are over 20ft ceilings in the living room, a large two-level deck, & spacious lakefront beach.

The Space:

This lakefront home has a total of 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 King and 2 Bunk beds), The third bedroom has two bunk beds. Queen beds on the bottom and full beds above. 3 bathrooms, 2500 sqft, sleeps 8 in true beds & 3-4 more people in blow-up mattresses or couch. & an enormous beach with a dock and plenty of water toys!

(Note: You can NOT bring any boats or other watercraft as this privilege is for owners only in this private lake community. Kayaks, paddleboard, & other toys provided.)

The living room has huge 18 ft ceilings with access to a large deck, beach, & lake. It has an open floor plan so the entire family can be together as dinner is served, the ball game is on and everyone is enjoying themselves.

The enormous two-level deck has multiple seating areas including a large outdoor couch, a large table & gas grill (two propane tank provided) and a gas fire pit. The spacious beach has multiple beach chairs you can use to lounge by the water or around the firepit.We also provide one single kayak, two paddleboards, a paddle boat, a variety of life jackets, kids' beach toys, and more.

This home is only 30 minutes to downtown Omaha which includes the Old Market, CHI Center, and College World Series events. Other attractions nearby are the Henry Doorly Zoo (20mins), Werner Park (5 mins), & Eppley Airfield (30mins).

Main Level:
- Great Room: soaring 18+ ft ceilings, 65” smart tv, & access to a large deck/ lake. Has a full sectional in the living room if needed to sleep. This area has sitting for approximately 12 people to eat (additional eating space outside and additional tables available).
- Kitchen: features mother of pearl shell backsplash, granite, 2 large ovens in addition to a double-door refrigerator. Also, has a countertop electric cooktop, microwave, Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, &more.

- You and your guests can NOT have boats or jet skis. If there is something else you want to bring ask me and I will let you know the community rules on if and how it is allowed so you can make an informed decision if you want to bring it.

Parking: Large Driveway that can fit up to 10 cars. (The garage is full of water sport items so parking in the garage will need to be arranged prior). No parking along the side of the street, narrow roads in the neighborhood.

Pets: Must be preapproved by the host. No cats are allowed as hosts &their kids are allergic. Must be kenneled when left unattended, leashed at all times when outside, and must pick up pet's waste. Rules are included in agreement.

Security System with multiple security cameras outside only, for insurance and safety purposes, not for guest use.

The owners live nearby if needed.
Guest access
Will have access to the lake house, & the beach that is owned by the host.

No access to locked storage areas within home.

By booking you agree to the short-term stay agreement attached to this listing. If the short-term agreement is sent directly by the host to the guest they must sign it within 48 hours of receiving it to maintain the reservation/ booking.
