Four Bedroom, Three Bath home on West Galveston Bay. Our home is located in the back of Jamaica Beach with amazing views of the bay. The beach front is just a moments drive across FM 3005. This house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for all your meal planning. The kitchen boasts a large island with three barstools and serving space, as well as ample counter space. The kitchen table has four chairs and a bench seat. An additional gathering table with four chairs is next to the kitchen for more dining, or can be used for your morning coffee. The large open floor plan is perfect for family and friends to enjoy their time together. The living area next to the kitchen and dining includes a couch, plus oversized chair and recliner. There is a TV in the living room. Overlooking the bay, a game table is perfectly positioned for fun. The first bedroom includes two twin beds and opens up to the next bedroom with two bunkbeds. There is a permanent partition in between these two rooms that can be left open or closed. The third bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom attached with a shower. There is access to this bathroom from the main hall or the bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The second bathroom upstairs includes a tub and shower. The upstairs has decks surrounding the home with large front deck overlooking the canal and bay. Ample seating on the deck for everyone.
The downstairs includes a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two sets of bunkbeds plus a twin. This room has its own AC unit. The washer and dryer are also located downstairs. There is a game room downstairs with TV and sectional couch plus a recliner. This room also has its own AC. Sliding doors open up to the downstairs outdoor entertainment area with plenty of bulkhead to fish or swim in the canals. Bring your fishing poles and bait! Our home includes a vacant lot adjacent to the house giving you plenty of open space to play.
