Set 4 houses from the West End Galveston Bay, our family home is your destination for great views, family fun and fantastic fishing. An updated open concept living/ dining/ kitchen are with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Our canal home is located on Nueces Dr and only 4 houses from the bayfront that boasts both canal and bay views. Spacious ground level for guests – Plenty of options for lounging, fishing, corn hole or kayaking.
NOTE: Our cancellation policy will remain moderate in all circumstances. Please ensure you are able to travel prior to booking, or purchase trip insurance to protect both parties. We can assure our guests that we will continue to be incredibly detailed in our housekeeping procedures, including the deep cleaning all surfaces and linens during the turnover of each home. Your peace of mind is our priority.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. IF WE BECOME AWARE OF A PARTY - POLICE WILL BE CALLED AND YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. We have many full time resident neighbors near our property - Please be mindful. 10pm is when quiet hours begin. Your right to a good time ends when it infringes on someone else's right to a peaceful evening.

Open and Airy Living at its finest:
The focal point of the house is the open concept kitchen/ dining and living rooms. Which ever direction you face, you are sure to see great views of the bay and waterfront canal. Living has flat screen TV – Guests are more than welcome to login into their streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, HBOmax, etc.) from the Amazon Fire Stick or watch our basic cable. Glass doors from the living are lead out to the east facing covered deck with canal and bay views.
Our dining and kitchen area are part of the open concept. Updated appliances – Electric range – Cooking utensils and dishware all provided – Microwave – Fridge – Wine glasses – Coffee maker. Kitchen is updated. Dining table has seating for 4 and a peninsula bar has seating for 4 people which is a great space to serve morning coffee, afternoon snacks or happy hour margaritas. Make your cheeseburger in paradise and enjoy in or outside.

Master suite: King bed, ceiling fan, TV and en suite full bath
2nd bedroom: Queen size bed, 1 twin bed, adjoining full bathroom (shower), ceiling fan and desk
3rd bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, ceiling fan
4th bedroom: 1 twin bed, 1 double bed, ceiling fan
This home also features a large walk-out deck on the canal side of the home with views to the North and East (including a bay view) as well as a walk-out deck on the street side of the home where guests may watch as the sun sets over Galveston Bay.
Kayaks & paddle boards:
We have 2 stand up paddle boards and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment in the bay ONLY. Use them at your own risk – We do not assume any liability for accidents or injuries.
COMMUNITY OF SEA ISLE
Sea Isle is a family friendly neighborhood located on Galveston’s West End – The community offers a public beach, community swimming pool, bait shop, marina with fuel dock, kids playground, tennis and basketball courts, convenience store and 2 restaurants with full bars. Our community is great for families and guests who love to fish, hit the beach and cruise the island by golf cart. If you have your own golf cart – OK to bring with you. Otherwise, you can rent (see “Where you’ll be” on this listing for rental companies you can contact – Reference binder on dining room table also has great tips and this information).
POOL:
Pool passes are to be purchased directly from the Sea Isle HOA – Monday thru Friday until 5pm. Pool passes are not sold on weekend nor afterhours. See our Reference Binder for the Sea Isle HOA phone number.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. THE GARAGE, OWNERS CLOSET, BOAT AND BOAT LIFT ARE COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS. PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE THE BOAT LIFT.
Wrap around deck offers bay and canal views. House is located on a quite, no-through drive, cul de sac. Bring your fishing gear for big reds - Hit the Pleasure Pier and the Galveston Strand which is a short drive away.
