Boasting five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home sleeps 12 in two primary bedrooms with king sized beds and on-suite bathrooms, one guest room with queen bed, and two bunk rooms, one with two full sized beds and one with two twin sized beds. A large living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor open to a large, enclosed porch with outdoor seating and dining. A deck off of primary and secondary bedrooms upstairs offers plenty of spaces to be outside at home and an abundance of natural light. With all new fixtures and furnishings, this home features a fully functioning kitchen with integrated appliances and induction cooktop, a vented washer and dryer, an oversized TV, sonos audio system and wifi throughout. The house was recently renovated with sustainability prioritized and has no fossil-fuel-based utility connections (though a BBQ sits outside for summer grilling) plus solar panels on the roof providing a healthy, carbon-mindful vacation option. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $273.80. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
