A true farmhouse experience! The property is well-kept and clean, and there were plenty of extra towels and linens if we needed them. Robin was very timely in her responses, and the homemade cookies provided were so delicious! (Coming from a couple who bakes regularly) The proximity to the cows in the pasture was such a highlight! Seeing them nearby while sitting around the firepit, with the quiet and comfortable vibes of living in the country, was the perfect end to our day in Mackinac. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back for Mackinac.

This little farmhouse is so lovely! Super cute farmhouse decor, cattle out back, and we were greeted with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. Feels like you are out in the country, but actually its a short drive to Mackinaw City with a beach along the way.

This cute little farmhouse was exactly what we needed super close to the high-school so we could enjoy ironfest weekend. The cows were so fun! We loved it.

We were welcomed like family, with a plate of delicious cookies waiting for us on the kitchen table. Old country charm with modern amenities. The farm house was sparkling clean and comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed sitting out on the picnic table as well as in the back watching the beautiful cows. Perfect and cozy farmhouse stay

We loved staying at the farmhouse. It was decorated so cute! Everything was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The location is perfect for UP day trips as well as only 15 minutes away from Mackinaw City. The owner responded to message extremely fast and even worked to make sure we could come a day early. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. Oh and the homemade cookies waiting for us were such a nice touch and very delicious!

A beautiful and relaxing visit

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the R&R Farmhouse! The farmhouse itself is idyllic inside, and the surrounding landscape outdoors is beautiful! We savored our time there, and looked forward to returning there each night after our outings. Our one regret was that we weren't able to stay longer! We traveled all the way from southern Virginia, and would gladly make the trip just to stay here again!

Best Verbo Ever

Every summer my daughter and I take a mini vocation. Robin thought of everything we could possibly need. From the fresh cookies to cold bottles of water , and even provided all Laundry needs., such nice surprises. What a perfect place to unwind. 5 stars in every category.

A Great Place to Stay

We stayed 5 nights at the R&R farmhouse which was comfortable and so cute. The hosts were very friendly. Robin had a plate of cookies and a note waiting for us upon arrival. Ron shared the name of his favorite state park, allowing us to spend the day exploring some beautiful waterfalls and also shared some history of the property which was interesting. The location allowed us to see and do a lot in the area. Overall, great stay!

Perfect, relaxing stay

This was the tail end of our anniversary trip & it was perfect. The location was quiet & serene with fantastic views of the stars. The bed was comfy & we received cookies upon arrival. A great place to rest & recharge! Close to Mackinaw & the headlands as well.

Such an adorable farm house! The inside was so well decorated, made me want to be a farmer. Loved walking outside with my cup of coffee and being greeted by the cows 🐄 The house was a little further out then we expected. We did find a little restaurant a couple miles down the road that served a great fresh catch of the day dinner.

Anniversary get away

We came for a quiet get away for our anniversary and that is what we got. With some adventures into the city and to the island, this definitely felt like home away from home. Great place

A bit out of the way but we loved the quiet country charm. Road in was a somewhat rough but no more than expected for a rural northern country road. A turn of the century house that has bee updated enough but not too much.
